Went for dinner one evening and got a seat right away. We ordered our drinks and food. We waited forever to get our salads. After asking for them again, the waitress brought them and then informed me that the salads were supposed to come after the appetizers... However after waiting another 20 minutes the appetizers finally came... To our disappointment, the appetizers were mediocre at best. The dinner finally came, and it was decent food... The steak was a little fatty, but fair... Would have given 4 stars, but service was awful.....

The food here was good but the time it took to get it was rather slow. The wait staff was friendly and helpful.
I thought it was a little on the pricey side but then again I don't usually price 1/2 pound burgers🙂

This is an incredibly good place to strap on the feed bag. They have a wide selection of foods, and they are well prepared. The staff are all friendly and offer good suggestions on dishes. I had the ribs, honestly if they weren't the best I'd ever had they were close. Would love to return here and try something else on their menu.

Went in for our first visit late afternoon today. Fantastic waitress, so friendly and helpful! Great menu, a variety of food offered. We had the KC skins, potato skins with bits of brisket. So very good! My husband had the beef enchiladas and he enjoyed them as much as his fav Mexican restaurant. I had the chicken fried steak and it was very good! You actually got a real serving of mashed potatoes, so good and the green beans were different and also very good! I'm not big on biscuits of any type but the biscuit they served with my meal was the best biscuit I have ever had anywhere! It was almost like a hot rolls, so perfect. I feel the prices are reasonable and will definitely be going back! We just returned from KC a couple of days ago and we were very disappointed in most the food we had while there! And we are from that area.

Building is old and smells like grandma's attic. Service fair. Waitress was not very friendly. Acted like she would rather be anywhere but there. I thought the wait was long considering there were maybe 5 other customers there. The food was very very good. We both ate every bite.

Found this place as we were heading North. What a great find! My husband had the KC Strip, it was cooked to perfection and so juicy. I had the Chicken Alfredo, all I can say is "wow"!!!! I have never had alfredo that good. Our server Lois was absolutely wonderful. She was super busy and still made sure we had everything we needed. She made sure to have short conversations to find out about us and make us feel welcome. We will be back for sure!

Perfect place to eat! Amazing food...I mean never got a bad meal there! Great portions, great reasonable prices. Great service. Great atmosphere. Casual dress...feel at home there. We go EVERY week for date night. Love the choice of smoking section or not!

Amazing food wonderful friendly staff. Our once a month place to go for food and a drink. The brisket dinner is simply to die for, and my wife just loves the quesadillas. Nothing better than basically everything made in house.

We are here visiting from Texas. We ate here for dinner last night. The food was really good. We ordered chicken fried steak, fried chicken, quesadillas, and salad. Each one of us enjoyed our meals. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. We enjoyed it so much, we came back for lunch today.

First, the customer service is outstanding, 3 people checked on us routinely, the burgers we had were awesome! Farmer John Burger (1/2 lb Angus, bacon, cheese, topped with a fried egg... fries were awesome too! The only reason I give it a 4 because of the smoking section... could smell a small amount of it in the non-smoking section. Overall, we're going again!

We have eaten there many times over the years. The food has always been excellent. I have read through the comments already written and am pleased so many are positive. The restaurant business is extremely tough: long hours and very hard work. Although I don't personally know the owners and the staff, my interactions with them in their restaurant have always been excellent. I appreciate their efforts to please everyone and to give us a great eating experience while there. They were extremely nice to my elderly family members who have since passed on, and I will always be very grateful to them for that.
If I lived in Buffalo I would be a regular there. Thank you, Maple Street staff and owners. Your business is a very valuable asset to the Buffalo community.
