Review Little Caesars - Buffalo

Prompt, friendly service. The pizza was good but I would only give it about a 4. Good ingredients, but the cooking of the crust was a bit off. Then again it was pretty busy and in the middle of the day. Will try them again and see if the quality improves because I have always liked the Little Caesars crust!

The quality was good the two times I have been to this particular Little Caesars. The reason for 3 stars is the 1st time I ordered wings through the drive though (the lobby is closed due to covid) I was quoted 15 minutes for them which was completely fine. At the end of the 15 minutes I got back in line and when got to the window was told it was going to be another 9. A little frustrated but fine with it, I looped around the drive through twice before they were ready, approximately 15 minutes of more waiting. Today I went and it was a wait on hot and ready pizzas. At 8 pm on a friday they should have plenty as the dinner rush tends to be around that time in the area. They need to work on having things prepared a little bit better and giving better estimates on wait times. If so they would get 5 stars.

I have had mixed reviews of this establishment. I used to work at a different Little Caesars so I believe I have good referencing abilities. The manager has always been wonderful, both nice and efficient, and each time he is providing service, I am pleased with him. However, the story is significantly different for the other times. The first time I ordered a special pizza, it took 25 minutes to make and it wasn't actually right which I didn't realize until I was home. Shortly after this, they closed the location for a brief period to train new staff as the current employees were not meeting standards (this was several months ago). So I thought I would give it another shot recently and was sadly not impressed. I was on hold for over 5 minutes (the phone was just put on a counter and could hear them apologizing to other clients) and then I had to hang up and call back because they obviously forgot about me. I called back and placed the order fine. I went into the drive through a few minutes after the pizza should have been done. I waited there for several minutes while to cashier helped several waiting clients and apologizing a lot. When they helped me, they didn't know where they put my pizza. They gave me it after a minute of looking. I checked the pizza after pulling forward- not at all right. I pulled back around, and for several minutes they argued about where it was. I was given what I think they thought was right but it didn't have the special orders I had made. At this point I needed to get home and didn't want to deal with the workers who very clearly were not communicating with each other. Working at LC, you need to have effective and consistent communication, or the right things won't be 'hot and ready'. The cashier and the line workers- people assembling the pizzas- both seemed like they wanted to work quickly, they just seemed to have no direction on how to communicate about where things go or their status. I'm pretty disappointed since I know how efficient things can be if the policies are followed. I hope they can turn it around.

It's $5 pizza, so it is tough to be critical of it. The new management is much better than it was a year ago. Occasionally they are under prepared for a big rush or a mistake will be made on an order, but they always take the time to make it right to the customer. The online ordering and pickup is a neat process and worth a try if you want to guarantee the pizza you want is available.

I love all Little Caesars places and food. You walk in order your pizza and you walk out. You can call in, drive through, or have it delivered. Only reason I wouldn't say 5 stars is they often times are out of an item or product.

Lots of the issues I have had with Little Caesars in the past have been staff related. However recently a new manager was hired, and they are rehiring lots of staff and it's improved a lot there. Customer Service has jumped and the staff are much kinder. Plus the pizza is great!

Great new feature, the Pizza Portal. Easy online ordering. Prepay, no hassle, no wait, pick up. Just put in your provided code and your "door" opens to take your food. Very slick.

I've been meaning to write a review about this particular Little Caesars for some time. Since it came under new management (a year or so ago?) I've been thoroughly impressed with the customer service. The owner is in most of the time, talking with the customers. If something isn't ready right away, he compensates for it. They also added a drive-thru which is nice. Lastly, during the summer, I had my fiancee's dog with me and one of the workers had dog treats on hand for customers with dogs. Definitely going above and beyond what is asked.
