Went through the drive thru and ordered three sandwiches. They were all made correctly. The girl working the drive thru was very polite and apologized for not having one kind of chips we ordered, but offered something else in exchange.

Preordered 3 subs 2 were made wrong added stuff we didn’t want, missing other stuff we did there hardly was no meat in them and so messy we couldn’t even eat them, no napkins at all in the bag. I tried calling at least 15 times not one person answered and there was 4 girls working so it’s not like one couldn’t of answered. I didn’t go back because we live out of town and by the time I saw they weren’t right we were all ready out of town. So I had to stop again at another restaurant for my kids and our 2 hour drive home took longer. I would give -1 stars if I could.

The sandwiches have dramatically declined over the past 6 months. Today my sandwich was mostly bread, missing the cheese, and the veggies were old. The entire sandwich was soggy and I threw most of it away. I don't know who owns the Buffalo franchise, but whoever it is may want to take a deep look at the quality of food they are selling. It's one of the worst Subway franchises around. I won't be going back.

Just left urgent care, had subway earlier today and I have a bad case of food poisoning. Only thing I ate today was subway. Super disappointed.

Bella mcgregorr greeted me at the window. She was very respectful and made me feel welcomed at subway. She filled my drink all the way drink up and my sandwiches was so good it was the best sandwich was the best I have ever had. Thank you

Went through the drive thru and was super disappointed. The bread on one of the sandwiches was so doughy and undercooked it was inedible and the sandwich had to be thrown away. An ingredient was missing on another sub, and it was very sloppily thrown together. I’ve worked in fast food, I know the struggle, but it really felt the employees didn’t want to be there and rushed me through. Definitely going inside next time to make sure the order is correct.

This is my Subway Club sandwich. Looks like it was slopped together.. Way too much ranch and mayo.. made the toasted bread soggy.. Was nice of the sandwich artist to honor the Family Take-out Special Buy one, Get on free ad that was on FB.. I had screenshot the ad and showed it to her.
