Domino's Pizza

We have been regular customers since we moved to Buffalo because it's cheap, convenient, and my children don't care too much. However, quality and care has diminished greatly. About half the time, we have at least one topping missing. Calling to request a fix just gets us an "uh, sorry?" Well, tonight was my final frustration. We attempted to order pizzas for the kids from the app, and as we were across the street swimming, we chose the pick up rather than delivery option. The app didn't work. It froze multiple times at the final screen. We went into the store and they could not help us because the coupon we were using was "online only" even though the error prompted us to go into the store. They offered us another deal that was significantly more expensive and shrugged their shoulders rather than attempting to resolve the issue. Since I was looking at having to pay more anyway, we instead left and drove to papa Murphys

Usually pretty good about being quick, they respect their contactless delivery very well, food can be a bit too greasy and oily for my liking. Been the pizza place I’ve been going to since I was kid though, so I think it’s pretty good for how much you spend, which isn’t very much if you have their dominos app.

Foods great and all but I'm just gonna throw this out there, people would be more apt to tip your drivers if you didn't charge a 4 dollar delivery fee like I'm not trynna spend $20 for 2 lava cakes... The delivery fee should go to the people delivering the food not the store owners pocket lol it ain't your gas or vehicle it's there's. Also it's really bs when you get a pizza and the toppings are off to the side and a slice is missing out of it >austin herda should be fired for doin this as he was the one that delivered my pizza.
