After we were missing food we turned around and Kristen went above and beyond for us to make it right. She was positive and helpful with a fantastic sense of urgency, Kristen represented this Arby’s extremely well. Thanks for making our night!

Was told since there is a wait for my food that I have to latterly drive around the building. Now keep in mind that it is 9:20pm and NO ONE behind me and the company has upped there prices and gas is ridiculous but you want me to drive around the building! Won't come here again!

Tried new wagu burger and got one bite before rest of burger slipped out of bun due to way too much sauce .not only did I wasted ten dollars but also had to go home and change and clean car .rest of food is great but getting too high priced .

I do love Arby's food but the couple times I went to the one in Buffalo they have not e
been nice (I'VE BEEN IN THE SERVICE ENTRY MY WHOLE LIFE SO I UNDERSTAND HOW STRESSFUL IT COULD BE)
I usually go in with my children (9&5) and I don't know if that's why but they always make me like rush to get my food order in!
This time me and my daughter didn't even order because my daughter took like 30 seconds to decide what she wanted and you could tell that the cashier was just visibly annoyed so we just decided to leave I do love Arby's but not a fan of the one Buffalo, MN!

Whoever is working right now (8/4/21) 8:45pm deserves a raise! They treated me and my son so well that I’m actually taking the time for a review for a fast food joint. Thank you (staff) so much for your kindness! And great food! They listened to my complaints about finding a place to eat within our budget and I appreciate their empathy for my frustration.
