Not only did this Taco Bell fail me miserably in getting my order wrong oh, but the food quality was terrible. I asked for extra beans of both types and extra rice and I got this measly tiny burrito. I paid for an extra beings of all types and rice as a side in almost 3.50 for it and I got this tiny cup when I brought it up they mentioned that this was a correct order when it was clearly not. I would have let that slide but then when I bit into it play tasted disgusting. This place now has me pausing on going to any Taco Bell chain. What a disaster and waste of 13 dollars!

This Taco Bell was very efficient fast the only thing I was upset about was they didn't have any mild sauce and I wasn't told until after I placed the order other than that service was quick food was good hot and fast.

Gave this Taco Bell one last chance. Ordered through the mobile app. When we reached the drive through the employee didn't even greet us over the mic or welcome us to Taco Bell. They immediately said that they were only serving soft shell tacos or bean burritos. Had to cancel the mobile order. I feel like this location has not been any good for over a year now.

1. Place your own order inside
2. Employees RUDE
3. Missing tacos
4. No hot sauce after the order asked you to add it.
5. No silver wear in bag or in dining room
6. Every table dirty.

Imagine a Taco Bell so bad that you intentionally drive 20 minutes out of your way to go to another one instead. A Taco Bell so bad that someone who has never reviewed a restaurant on Google would do so. That is this Taco Bell.
Over the past 2 years there have been countless forgotten items, incorrect orders, missing ingredients, and food that looks like it was poorly thrown together, even for a Taco Bell.
I'm not sure if it is mismanagement or uncaring staff, but somehow we always leave disappointed. My wife and I were convinced that Taco Bell must be going downhill until we tried multiple other locations and found out that the food was delicious, accurate, and fresh elsewhere, but this location can't seem to get it right.
Save your money. I'm convinced that order inaccuracies and 'forgotten' items are baked into the profit models for this location at this point.

The drive through was shut down and they didn't even close it off. I pulled up hoping to get a quick lunch and waited 10 minutes before the women on the mic says " SIR. GO INSIDE." No "sorry, drive through is down" or " "you're gonna have to place your order inside ma'am " just straight "SIR GO INSIDE." Not to mention I was the second person in line and still sat in this taco bell for 25 minutes waiting for my order to be fulfilled, they also had informed a customer while I was there that they were out of an item her door dash order consisted of and that " oh our manager is on lunch so you'll have to wait we don't know what to do " The place is rude , slow on service and very unclean .

Always missing items. You can't call them when you get home and open your bags and notice because nobody ever answers the phone on the number listed. They say the dining room is open but its always locked. Worker are very hit or miss. Some are very pleasant others are rude and that is not what customer service is about. All employees should be providing the same level of customer service as a standard.

Don't ever go here at night. They close randomly, sometimes more than a full hour before the posted hours, and sometimes won't accept cash orders, depending on who's working. As of today, got there 40 minutes before close, and they just weren't responding to anyone at the drivethru. Multiple people in front of me, few behind, absolutely no response.
