Inefficient front staff.
No understanding among them. The front staff doesn't even know what food items they are out of, they just keep taking wrong orders & eventually messing it up while the people kept waiting.
They were out of hash browns that we ordered initially which was notified to us afte
My food took a bit and was partially cold. The hash browns either only come with 5 or they didn't give me enough (and were cold)... both options are less than desired. I do like Dunkin in general and everything else was as expected.
Friendly and quick service. Small selection of donuts and muffins but a great location.
The coffee was good but the cleanliness of this location is horrible. Made me think twice if I wanted to order anything and I came in at 9am. Would of been different if I came later in the evening.

I give dunkin' donuts 3 Stars because the food is awesome but the quantity should be more. For the vegan sausage on croissant. It should be more than one owners think about it. A customer like me will buy it for instead of one. Ashley think about it have a beautiful blessed day. 🥰🤩🤔
Don't come if your on a break or expecting a five minute stop on way to work. Leave yourself about a 10 minute window. Customer service needs improvement. Very off putting when your not greater and asked "what do you want" not good morning or hi how are you or even what can I get for you. Greeting w

It's just as the 3 star rating says....ok. Limited menu items and more of a long wait than expected for a "fast food" establishment.
