I had a card in my wallet that I got as part of a prize about a year ago. I tried to use it today and the girl at the counter said "it says 2009." I told her that the date had been crossed out when I received the card and she said "that's not my problem." So, I didn't order and didn't order for the rest of my family which would have been five more smoothies.

The Mediterranean Monster smoothie (strawberries, bananas, and orange juice) was refreshing after a very long walk on a hot day (mid 80s). I could taste the flavor of the fruit and sipped the 16 oz smoothie much quicker than expected. The owner was on site and is very friendly. Overall, this was my first experience with Planet Smoothie was very positive.

Very poor customer service. My child dropped her cup, which caused it to crack. I asked if I could have a new cup to pour her smoothie into. I was told they can’t give me a new cup. They couldn’t give me napkins to clean the spill. They just stood there watching as the smoothie continued to pour into our hands. I spent $6 on your smoothie and you couldn’t find it in your heart to give this poor child a new cup. Not a new smoothie but a plastic cup. Shameful.
