My family took me here for a birthday lunch. Everything we ordered was very good. The best part, however were the deserts (brought home to eat). My wife's favorite dessert is the macaroons.

I wanted to give this joint five stars. But, their menu is just not that inventive, or creative. Their dinning room is dope. Their sweet crepe was good. But, their savory crepes were okay. So, I am torn. I'd say 3.7 stars, not a full 4 stars. Service was good. Fast.

Pastry by Camille, is a French inspired restaurant/bakery. The inside reminds me of a place on the west side called, sweetness 7. I say this because, you have a hipster like vibe and the furniture is mismatch. Today's visit was all about the pastries, so my 3 stars is based off the deserts. My wife ordered the tiramisu and I had the St Honore. The tiramisu was not your traditional desert. I am not sure if the base of the desert, was a cake or cookie. But it was good.. My St Honore, was not what I expected. The base was not a biscuit but it wasn't a cake, not sure what it was. But it was extremely hard, along with the candied topping on the cream puffs. Maybe I am not a fan of french pastries, so am I wrong to want this desert softer??? Maybe..I don't know..but I wouldn't order the St Honore again. There were other deserts available such as macaroons, tarts and creme brulee's. They also had different types of croissants, including a chocolate chip version.

This place is so cute and definitely worth going. The atmosphere is wonderful. The only reason I said 4 stars is the service was a little shaky. The food is worth it and it's a great story!

Pastry by Camille is a French bakery-cafe located in North Buffalo on Hertel Ave. Pastry by Camille also hosts events including comedy shows and displays artwork from local artists. Great addition to Buffalo's pastry scene!

Love the laidback atmosphere and kind and passionate staff.
Crêpes are to die for. Especially the savory chèvre miel. This last visit we got the strawberry basil.
St. Honoré was my favorite pastry. Lemon meringue was my husband's.
All they're missing is espresso for a true French experience! I'm not local, but I can imagine it being a great spot to host an open mic night for singer songwriters, or poetry.

This is the best croque madame I've had since the Champs Elysee. The set up is a bit confusing but worth figuring out. The little kids play space was fantastic. Also, extra points for a changing table in the restroom. If I weren't already coming for the great food, I'd come for the kid friendly amenities. I would like to have seen a kid's menu, though.

Have enjoyed a few trips to this new bakery. Sampled different pasties and enjoyed lunch one day. The crepes are great, loved the croissants, macaroons and highly recommend the eclairs. The atmosphere is very inviting and relaxing. Go and enjoy your food, sit on the patio, relax and soak it all up. Be patient and enjoy the authentic French experience.

The croque madame is to DIE FOR!! The 5 macarons I got were supposed to be eaten one a day. I ate them in a couple hours they were so good! Sea salt caramel was my fave! Will be back for more sweets!!!

I really want this place to succeed. Really do. I ordered a chicken sausage crepe. The sausage was stone cold and the crepe was dry. And it literally had nothing else-it was a whole sausage link wrapped in a crepe.

Sampled an assortment of pastry treats with the kids today and they were all delicious! Chef Le Caer was so welcoming - he came out and explained what everything was. We loved the seasonal tart and Paris-Brest. The vanilla and caramel sea salt macarons were also a bit hit. The kids appreciated a little extra time to play foosball in the adjacent room too!

Croissant was the best I ever had .... counting the ones I sampled in France. I loved the light sugary coating, the just perfect flaky crispy outside, and the inside was still warm when I got it !! Will be back
to visit for the maple syrup cheesecake I’ve heard about, and the croque monsieure and the Nutella crepe and.....well, let’s just say I’ll be coming there a lot !! Thanks for bringing French deliciousness to Buffalo. Welcome Pastry chef Camille and wife !! Can’t wait to check out the art gallery as well.
