Food is amazing, prices are great. However, the service is very lacking. When I came in to pick my food up I had to wait for her to finish her conversation with her friend who she was sitting with before she cashed me out. Also asked for an extra side of something and didn’t receive it and burger wasn’t dressed how I ordered it either. I felt like I was rushed off the phone after everything thing I said when I wasn’t done talked she kept asking “is that it”

Simple food, good prices and the best staff. We eat here at least once a week…if you need fancy then you will be disappointed but if you want good food with no crazy wait, you will enjoy this place.
Highly recommend the burgers and the chicken souvlaki is the BEST.

Everything we wanted, they were out of. What we did order the waitress got wrong. I ordered a chicken souvlaki no onions on the salad. I got beef and onions. My mom ordered shrimp with a side of soup. We waited 35 minutes for our food and there was only one other table filled. The soup was forgotten on my mom's order. The server never came by to see how our order was, instead she talked with another table for 25 minutes. When she came back i told her my order was wrong and all she did was apologize. My mom wanted rice pudding and it took another 20 minutes to get the rice pudding and all she had to do was scoop it into a dish. This place has gone so down hill.

The Towne is still one of the the best places in Buffalo for Slovaki. Chicken is always cooked and marinated perfect, ingredients always fresh. Service is typically fast and efficient. Cleanliness of the facilities could be better, but it will never stop my from going!

Down hill. I used to really like this place but it just seems dirty these days and i must say i live nearby so i have ordered souvlakis to go, but when i pick them up the waitress always asks if i want to leave a tip, i am normally a big tipper however when picking up food to go? kinda uncomfortable. I think it is because they have a phone connection for their credit charges and they have to know upfront also the phone rings off the hook interupting your attempt to pay by card. Can you say "hassle" dude time to clean up your kitchen and update your system for payment at least to the 90's

Seneca Towne. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN! My family and I have been long time patrons of this establishment, and they are not kid friendly at all! So,parents beware! If your children even scream or cry in the slightest you will be asked to leave and be told by the waitress "to take care of your kid". How easily people forget that they were once kids as well. It was very sad to see how my family and I were treated and they showed no remorse for ruining our family meal with out of town guests. We never felt so belittled in our lives. We expected much more from this establishment, and we were quite surprised to see how rude, and discourteous they were to us. We spend way too much there to be treated so unfairly! Also, the place is not clean at all. The bathrooms are very dirty and i would be surprised to see what the kitchen looks like. Needless to say we will NEVER eat here again! Customers beware!

Great food, better price. The Seneca Towne is a great place to go for authentic Greek food at a more than reasonable price. If you stop in during the day, the owner is usually there and always checks on the customers. <br/><br/>If you are traveling into town or live in the area, this is a must eat. Best Greek in Buffalo!. I've been going to Seneca Towne for so many years now and it's one of the few places in Buffalo, and elsewhere I've lived that has been consistently good every time. Whether it's breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner, there's always something on the menu I like and the waitstaff are always polite and helpful. The menu is diverse enough to always find something you are in the mood for. Being a Greek restaurant, however, I'm drawn to it's greek selections, which I think are the best around. The chicken souvlaki is absolutely delicious, and there is always a healthy portion of chicken in the dish. My favorite on the menu? Definitely the home made rice pudding, hands down. It's sweet, creamy, and delicious. It is 100% the best rice pudding in Buffalo

BEST IN BUFFALO. The Seneca Towne is the best Greek-American restaurant in Western New York hands down. After eating at numerous restaurants along the east coast it is safe to say that they have the best chicken slovakia around. Everything on the menu is cooked to perfection, and their home-made soups melt away the cold Buffalo snow! Not only is their food great, so is the service! I eat at the Towne any time I am in the Buffalo area and recoment it to anyone traveling to Buffalo.
