Customer service was mediocre - no smiles, no greetings. Also, the order was done incorrectly. The coffee and tea was delicious - that was the saving grace.
Ordered a 25 count munchkin on UberEats and was shorted 5 munchkins. If it was one I’d be understanding, but 5 is 1/5 of the box lol! They certainly aren’t cheap either. Coffee was made right (nice and hit)😊. Breakfast sandwiche was delicious (bagel with sausage, egg and cheese.
Everyone here is mostly nice, fast and the food is great. Wish they kept talking to employees to a minimum since it's always going on. I don't need to hear how they got drunk, made out with so and so etc Everytime I go in.
Dunkin' Donuts has a good selection of treats and foods but their coffee quality is mediocre. Better than Starbucks but worse than Tim Hortons.
