The service was very pleasant. The breakfast sandwiches were fresh and yummy. The donuts were a great selection and delicious. We have only been to Tim Horton's a couple of times when we are traveling and it's always good.

honestly disgusting. this has happened multiple days in a row. I've let it slide thinking it could be a one time mistake, nope. no clue if the creamer they use went bad but check your coffee before leaving this place.

Used drive thru. Purchased medium iced cappuccino. Service was a little slow but friendly. However, price was at least 45¢ more than any other Tim Hortons!

Employees need a little more education on using the card and promotions. Went through with a special on a muffin but was charged full price. When I asked I was told they aren’t really told how to do it.

Ordered a sausage and cheese biscuit, the sausage undercooked and Irene tried to give me another undercooked sandwich. I've ordered this all the time. She then tells me that they all just came out the oven. I asked for a refund. Sweethome and Sheridan smh

I have decided I'm not going to go to Tim Hortons anymore. At least not the drive-thru. I don't understand why people will sit in long lines to order. I've gone to multiple locations and had issues with almost every one. The last straw was when my son wanted a coffee and the cashier didn't give me my change from my $20. I had to go back at the end of the night when they closed their drawer to make sure I wasn't lying. I understand getting confused about an order but then they argue with me when I tell them.

Worst location in WNY. Ridiculous wait times for drive thru. 20-30 min average for a coffee. Avoid this place like the plague, gone downhill in the last year.

If I could give this Tim Hortons zero stars, I would. Completely incompetent employees. I waited forever at the drive-thru for soup. I heard them ask the guy in front of me to repeat his order...twice. Then, they asked him again at the window...he only ordered coffee! They collected my money and gave me my change, then asked me why I was still sitting there...because, moron, you didn't give me my soup!!!!
