Nice place to have a coffee, sandwich and sit down. Quiet and peaceful during the slow times, bit of a wait and a little noisier during the fast times; but still peaceful. And Great staff to top it all off..very friendly & pleasant. (and pretty too lol)
I love the coffee and frappachino with caramel crunch and you can get non dairy milk to put in it. Service is great.
Love this place. Quick and delicious every time, as well as great customer service. I think the workers can be slightly stiff sometimes and I wish they would allow sitting all times of the year. But very convenient for high schoolers in the area
Drove 4 miles downtown to find out their closed at 4pm today...hello the internet exists now paper signs on your door do not work enjoy the 1 star get your act together.

I love getting Starbucks but for some reason when I come to this location some of the staff seem to be sick. This normally wouldn’t bother me but we are in the middle of a pandemic and COVID is spiking in buffalo. It concerns me when I hear the staff coughing an unusual amount and then they continue
Girls are all super cute and friendly. Service is fast and, in my experience, always accurate.
Wonderful to sit downtown and people watch. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help answer any questions and to greet you with a smile.
