Owner is super Sweet, just like his special pizza sauce. All homemade with the freshest ingredients. I have yet to try the thin crust but if youre looking for The BEST DEEP DISH PIZZA you every tried.. this is the place to visit. The dough is like chewing into a fluffy cloud and the whole thing feels so light yet filling. I swear just writing this out make my mouth water. Absolutely delicious pizza. Been hooked on it ever since I tried it and has become my go to pizza spot. The owner is friendly and always fun having a quick chat with him. Don’t usually write reviews for any place I go to but felt like I should since this pizza place is a gem.

Penguino's is the type of neighborhood pizza parlor you always dreamed of having in the suburbs. The thin crust is perfection; with a tasty, high quality sauce and the best sausage I've ever had! I even held off using my habanero honey till the end. The owner is a great guy and I highly recommend this place!

BEST PIZZA PLACE EVER!!!! Seriously, I’ve been on the lookout for perfect tasting thin crust pizza, and Penguinos absolutely has it!! I have gotten it for many events and feedback is always positive from anyone who tries it. Perfect combination of sauce and cheese, very fresh, and the crust is not overwhelming. Not to mention, owner is the nicest - gave me a free coke “just because” on one of my visits. If you’re in the area and you want pizza, this place is a MUST!!

Best pizza in the area!! We’ve tried probably 5-6 spots over the last few months and there’s a couple good spots, but Penguinos is the tops. Delicious breadsticks too. Perfectly crispy crust, good sauce, well seasoned cheese, nothing bland. Tasty pizza through and through!!

Hands down the best thin crust in the Northwest burbs. Pizza was fully loaded with delicious pepperoni slices. The sauce complimented the crust in a great way. Crust so amazing that you could literally eat the edges with ranch or something. I mentioned the book Pizza City USA to the owner and he actually pulled out a copy of the book. Cool, friendly guy who took care of us. Highly recommend this pizza joint if anywhere near the area. We drove 17 miles one way from Chicago to try Penguino's and we both agreed it was worth the drive.
