Yummy broth in their pho that isn't too greasy. Pretty generous amounts of meat and noodles. Wish they had real Sriracha sauce, the fake stuff does not taste the same and I had to use so much of it to add spice that the tanginess of the sauce kind of over powered the taste of the soup. We had to ask our waiter for EVERYTHING (basil, onion, salt and pepper, napkins, water refill) so the service is so-so but the food and value is pretty good.

We LOVE Pho and willing went far out of our way to find good Pho.
It was a genuine delight to find this location a few blocks from our home.
Their other location is in Little Sigon which tells me their food is more authentic than some.
Broth makes the Pho. If it is not well done, the Pho can be bland & need all kinds of stuff added (lime juice, hot sauce etc.).
The broth at Pho 21 is one of the BEST I have had.

This is our second time coming here, and the food officially confirmed it for me. 11/10 the broth was so flavorful and the meat is thin and savory. We also order the chicken fried rice, it is hands down the best fried rice I’ve had. It’s perfectly seasoned and not greasy at all. Also had the egg rolls, another delicious item that can be eaten without any dipping sauces. My new favorite pho place, will definitely be coming back. The staff are friendly and always around when you need them and leave you alone while your grubbing.

Why are people lying? Also place is amazing. I come here about 3 times a month for 4 or 5 years and nothing was wrong. Some people say on the reviews say the hallway to the bathroom was dirty, food was terrible, and the servers are bad. But sometimes if theres a lot of people they are in a rush and you might get wrong orders. When we came here we never got wrong orders, never got terrible service, and we only got couple bland food.

I visit here because it opens until late night and saved me from hunger many times. I would give 4.5 rating because time for getting food is really different and not consistent. I mean, sometimes food comes 1 or 2 minutes after I order, or 10+minutes when it is slight busy, or they forgot to give me appetizer and I had to remind them while eating main bowl. The food here was good I’m surprised it was only a 4.1 but all I’ve had is the Pho. The broth was good tasted authentic. It might use a cheat broth but it’s good I have no complaints!
