This Korean-owned Udon noodle shop is truly impressive with its simple yet delightful menu. The Udon noodles prepared here have that distinctive natural sweetness, creating a unique culinary experience. The combination of Donkatsu with sesame sauce is a perfect match, delivering a unique flavor that is hard to find elsewhere. Despite the simple menu, that's precisely what makes this place special. Each dish is freshly made and budget-friendly. Best Udon restaurant so far.
Loved this place, everything was prepared and cooked completely fresh. I had the chicken katsu with soba combo and it was all amazing definitely generous serving. It was so generous that I had to take some home. The value is definitely there and prices are very manageable. My partner ordered the tempura udon and it was really good broth had a great taste to it and the udon was nice and bouncy.
I definitely look forward to coming here again if I need to get a fix on my katsu!
They have other great katsu options like traditional curry, pizza, cheese and more can't wait to try them!
Good spot for some katsu. Place is busy & there is sometimes a wait, not any longer than 10 to 15 mins from my experience. The katsu is great very flavorful, crunchy, & the amount of food is definitely surprising that they serve you. All in all def a great spot to check out 🥸👍

Us: Got the tonkatsu combo. It's hard to make donkatsu crispy consistently, but this place did not disappoint.
Others: I think donkatsu is a bit on the smaller end and they do not give you rice like other places. Perhaps order a bit more if you are hungry.
Owners: it's really good. Definitely better than joon katsu.

This restaurant has the best Donkatsu in OC area! The portion of the combo is so big and will definitely make you full ❤️ As a cheese lover, I love the cheesekatsu… very flavorful and has lots of cheese. I choose the soba for my combo cuz it is a perfect choice during summer time. Make sure you come here before or after peak hours cuz the place is kinda small so you might need to wait for a bit. Price is reasonable. 9/10 and highly recommended!

I came all the way out here with my sister and friends after hearing my sister hype this place up for how good their katsu is, and boy was she right. The katsu was super crunchy, as it should be, and delectable with the dipping sauce.
Although the prices are a little bit expensive, you get what you pay for as their serving sizes are massive, which is why we only ordered two katsu meal sets.
The service we had was also pretty good as well, as the staff are quite attentive, friendly and cleanly.
Outstanding and consistent food here. I've been eating occasionally from Yoko for years and they have never disappointed. Their takeout is well packaged and presented and still is very good when I open it at home.
I got the pizza combo with udon. I would say the Soba should be the better choice if you are going for the combo. The pizza and the cheese donkatsu are the highlight. I got so full that I did not have to eat dinner lol. Will definitely come back

My go-to tonkatsu place and it has consistently been delicious and excellent every time. Menu is short and sweet, consisting of tonkatsu, simple sushi rolls, udon and soba, and combo options.
Tonkatsu is fresh, hot, crispy, and delicious dipped in the house katsu sauce. Even when your tonkatsu is a pizzakatsu, it's delicious with the dipping sauce. Side cabbage salad compliments the tonkatsu well. On cold days, I might come for a katsu and udon combo. On sad days, I'll come here for a chicken katsu and california roll combo. It makes me feel better every time.
Tip: if it gets crowded, buy to go! The to-go boxes are super fancy looking bentos and it's just as good taken home to eat!
