Outback Steakhouse

Went for Saturday evening meal. We both had 6oz steaks. The steaks were good, but the sides could be better. The onion petals were cold and oily, the sauce had a skin, so it had been sitting for a while! The baked potato was really salty, the skin was covered in salt. Service was great, both our servers were good. We had a 10 minute wait for a table. Two steaks and a beer came to $62.

We rarely visit Outback but tonight we were blown away by the customer service. From the moment we entered we were seated right away and had such a nice waiter. But it was the Manager Thomas who made our experience! My husband and I have always joked about never ordering the blooming onions because we always have way more than enough food with our entrees but today we decided to order them. Right after Thomas came to our table to greet us. He was so kind and personable we shared the onion story. He made sure we got them right away and they were amazing! He really went even more beyond as we were leaving and made our night even better with his kindness. Amazing customer service thanks to Thomas. Thank you so much we will 100% be returning more often because of today.

Outback Steakhouse is a chain with hundreds of locations. We had never been to this one, but it was so good we went for lunch and dinner on the same day. What really stands out about this Outback is the service. We had the same server twice and she was just great. We ordered several things and a few sides and it was all served hot and in a timely manner. She checked on us several times and made sure she listened when my Special Needs, speech impaired, grandchild spoke. Some don't bother and just look to me, but she took the time to listen so she could understand what he wanted. He adored her. The place was super clean, including the bathrooms and there was a nice wee smell of steak in the air. There is a lot to have there, not just steak. We had a pasta dish with wonderful white meat, boneless, skinless, chicken, and grilled shrimp. We also ordered mac and cheese, potato soup, and the best mashed potatoes with bacon, chives and all manner of good stuff. We loves it all and will go out of our way to visit this Outback. Parking is free and easy. It is located near a bunch or other restaurants and Knott's Berry Farm. Have the best time.

Super clean establishment. Took my family for a dinner and I was impressed on the cleanliness of the restaurant. The manger Thomas was so helpful and welcoming. Our server Kaitlin took great care of us. Food was fresh and delightful. We will be coming back again. Very impressed. Thank you for having us.

Decently priced steakhouse with some delicious apps. I brought my dad here for Father's day, and we liked it much better than Black Angus. I'm an avid griller myself, so I'm pretty hard on steaks, so when I ask for rare, it better be bleeding lol. Flavor-wise, I liked their seasoning better on the prime rib over the rib eye, but they're both good. What's really good here are the drinks. I got a smoked watermelon paloma and the wife got a guava 'rita, and they were both strong and tiki bar worthy.
