Review Pasqualino's Italian Restaurant - Bryson City

While visiting Bryson City, we decided to give this restaurant a try. We were quickly seated then greeted by a friendly young waiter named Griffin. He was able to tell us about the restaurant as well as the food choices. Once we placed our order the food arrived quickly. I had the chicken noodle soup to start with and it was wonderful. My main meal was the Baked Tortellini. It was just as good as the soup. I would love to go back and try some of the other dishes if I ever get back in the area. Definitely worth the visit.

Absolutely fantastic food! Great service, nice atmosphere. Meal prepared quickly and of very high quality. Our server was an older gentleman with a great personality, and very attentive. Although we've visited this area many times before we've not been at this restaurant previously. We'll absolutely be back soon!

Amazing service from our server and others. It was a Tuesday so we were quickly seated by the hostess. They brought plain warm breadsticks with a herb and oil dip. We enjoyed the limited wine selection. The menu had lots of options but we slightly disappointed with the flavor of the pasta fajoli, blackened chicken pasta and the carbonara, the puttenesca had the best flavor. Parking is a bit limited.

My husband and I were in Bryson City for our anniversary and stopped into Pasqualino's for dinner. The food was phenomenal, the customer service from beginning to end were superb! If you're in the area, you don't want to miss it! The chicken parmesan is perfection, and you should definitely try the tiramisu and sangria while you're at it!

We had a wonderful dinner tonight at Pasqualino’s Restaurant. Our server, Jackson, was great (he was spot-on with his recommendations) and our dishes excellent. I had the Manicotti (picture); my husband had the Meat Lasagna. PS Side story: we had made reservations at the Everett Hotel Bistro (across the street) and we cancelled our reservation there in favor of the menu (and wine list) at Pasqualino’s. The BEST DECISION for us . . . (and it was our anniversary)! 🇮🇹

I truly cannot say enough good things about this little restaurant. Today was our second time here. Our first was October of 2022. We had side salads and pizza. We loved it so much we made this our first night of vacation dinner choice on this trip. Once again, we got side salads and pizza. There's only one way to describe their pizza..... PERFECTION 😋. The crust is crispy, not chewy at all. Just the right amount of mildly seasoned sauce, just the right amount of cheese and toppings as well. The atmosphere is old world Italian. What I like to call casual dining with a classy flare. The minute you walk in the door, you feel at home. The entire staff is attentive to each guest with excellent service. I love this place so much, I want to take it back home with us. We just may have to drop by again this week before we head back home to try one of their pasta entrees. We ended up back at Pasqualinos two days later for pasta. My husband had chicken parmigiano with pasta and marinara. I had spaghetti with meat sauce. Side salads for both of us. And of course their delicious fresh made bread sticks with garlic and red pepper olive oil. Everything was absolutely delicious. The salads were fresh, the pasta cooked perfectly al dente, and the marinara sauce...perfection 🤌. My apologies for the pictures on pasta night. We started eating before I remembered to snap the pictures.

Pasqualino's is the real deal... NOT a fake preying on tourists! One bite of the veal told me everything I needed to know. Order with confidence and EAT!!

Came here after we discovered the Pizza Hut down the road was closed for no good reason. The pizza here didn't disappoint!! The crust on the pizza was cooked to perfection. Not tough, like so many other pizzas are. Great service and atmosphere as well!

This place was packed when we arrived for dinner. But they were able to turn the tables over very quickly, and we were seated relatively fast. We were told by numerous people that it would be worth the wait, and they were right. Every member of our party enjoyed their meals. The cheesecake and tiramisu were both delicious.

Absolutely loved my experience here. Service was excellent, didn't have to wait very long for our food, mind you this was during a Saturday night dinner rush, and we received very generous portions at a good price compared to other restaurants. The food was great, all had a very homemade and fresh feeling to it. The house-made balsamic vinaigrette was delicious, and the bread along with the dipping oil was both never ending and delicious. By far my favorite experience at an Italian restaurant. Will have to come again someday and try the pizza. I highly recommend the chicken Parmigiana.

It's a genuine, honest to God, Italian restaurant. The owner (I believe he was anyway) took our order and I believe may have cooked it. The old saying goes, "never trust a skinny chef..." Well, he appears pretty trustworthy! We were there on a cold, wet Thursday around 2:45 pm and there was only one other occupied table in the place. One other table came in as we were finishing. We are all seated near the window as the rest of the place was a bit dark for lunch. So it's a little dark in there, and a little worn, but again, real Italian restaurant... It's one big open dining area with enough small tables to seat maybe 100 people. My wife got the manicotti and it was amazing. I got a pizza and it was okay. The staff were all having their lunch together in the middle of the dining room by the time we finished and the owner interrupted his lunch to come to the register and check us out. I feel the service would have been super if we weren't there at such an off hour on such an off day. It was good enough that we'll be back again when in the area. Good food, authentic for sure, good service all 5 stars. Atmosphere and cleanliness 4 stars.

The pasta tastes fresh made and is the highlight of the entrees. The pasta fagioli soup is also much better than normally served in restaurants. The interior needs to be updated (we kept thinking this would be ideal for "Kitchen Nightmares").

A must stop when visiting through the area. We came with my parent’s, frequent patrons. We enjoyed the prime rib, blackened chicken pasta and two small pizzas. All were happy, didn’t have the opportunity to take a snap on of the prime rib. Our waiter knows my folks, walked in and knew exactly what they wanted. Great experience and good food.

Stopped in for lunch on a Tuesday while visiting Bryson City and the surrounding areas. There was no wait and we were greeted and seated promptly. The owner (I'm guessing) appears to be authentic Italian and was very involved with the kitchen and guest, very social and concerned with the food and service. Our waiter did an excellent job of attending to our needs throughout our time there. The Chicken Alfredo and Meat Lasagna was very good and the portions were generous. If you are in the area give it a try...

Pasqualino's is a staple in Bryson City. A good sized restaurant with plenty of seating. If you can arrive around 5PM you can avoid the dinner rush. The absence of bright lighting gives it some ambiance. All our orders came in without extensive waiting times. The menu has quite a few choices and you'll find all your favorite Italian dishes. Everyone on our party made different choices. And everyone seemed happy. There are a number of deserts on offering and I picked the Tiramisu which was a nice portion. All in all a decent place. Not cheap but not expensive either.

What a delicious Italian spot! We had Jackson as our server & he was truly amazing, so attentive and kind. Extremely helpful with all our questions! He even prepared the cannoli himself, which was mouthwatering. The food came out so fast and it was delicious. Hefty portions well worth the price! I got a glass of wine & a three course meal for two for less than $60. Great recommendation from Mr. George at the Sleep Inn. 10/10 would highly recommend coming here!!

The smell you get as you walk in is amazing. The food was delicious and served pretty quickly. The service was a little slow for lunch time when it wasn't too busy. I definitely recommend this place and the pizza. If you see the closed sign still up but it's within their hours posted try opening the door like we did today. Just needs kid options on the menu and portion sizes.

A little understaffed, but so is everyone. They did the best they could. I'm very picky about my italian food, In this place did not disappoint!
