Excellent breakfast stop! We tried the breakfast sandwich, scones, and quiche. All we’re delicious and very homemade. We had a big group of 8 plus two babies on a Saturday morning and all the staff were so friendly and accommodating!

I ordered a smaller version of my parents wedding cake for an anniversary party! Everyone staff member I came into contact with was friendly and helpful. The prices were great, and the cake was absolutely beautiful! The decorations matched the picture I gave them perfectly, and the cake itself was delicious!

We were in Brunswick, ME for a business trip and stumbled upon Union Street bakery! We were so grateful we did, my breakfast sandwich was delicious on homemade focaccia, with the fluffiest scrambled eggs and cheese, avocado, tomato, lettuce! The owner was super friendly and the place had a homegrown feeling with professional menu and super sweet staff. My husband had the blueberry scone that was super fluffy and cake-like and it didn't make it very far in the car before it was devoured. Thanks guys will be back when we're in town! 😘

Great place for breakfast. Everything was super fresh. No espresso machine, but the coffee is very good. Plenty of sitting space inside and outside.

Oh my oh my oh my! What an unanticipated treat. I went in for some fair trade organic coffee and discovered a mini gluten free carrot cake. I set out to eat just 1/2 of it, but it is so light and delicious, I don’t know if I can restrain myself and save 1/2 for later! Delightful place. I’ll be back. 🤗

The spinach quiche! Yummy! Sandy and her team work incredibly hard but you don’t feel any pressure in their vibrant cafe. Don’t miss this cute gem!

First time customer. Couldn't have been more thrilled! Birthday cake for daughter on a BIG holiday weekend was most excellent! Lemon blueberry ginger was perfectly balanced in flavor. Depth of icing was not overwhelming. Lovely people and service. Will definitely order again! Thanks to you all. My husband fell on ice and saved her cake! One slight shift in the box.

Chocolate gnoche cake so good it’ll make tears of joy well up in your eyes! If you want someone to feel loved procure them a cake from the Union St. Bakery. There is no shame in eating an entire cake.

WOW! My boyfriend and I stopped here while driving up to Acadia and got the Turkey Bacon & Pesto Panini. We both agreed it was one of the best tasting, freshest sandwiches we've had. The location is cozy and quaint, there's a little bit of seating inside and a few tables outside that they'll bring out the food to when it's ready.

This review is long overdue and much deserved. Sandy and her incredible team at USB catered our daughter's wedding last fall. Guests are still raving about the food! The theme was rustic elegance and the menu was a Chilean Barbecue. Sandy's creativity was on full display. From the empanadas to the handmade chorizo, to the lamb skewers and grilled steak strips and sides. Everything was grilled over a traditional wood fire. And everything was DELICIOUS! Kudus to Sandy and Company for a memorable feast! Imaginative menu -flawlessly executed. THANK-YOU!!!

Came to Brunswick for a funeral. I called Union Street Bakery and asked for cookies for the funeral. They baked THE MOST DELICIOUS COOKIES and put them on silver trays for the luncheon after the funeral. They helped carry the cookies to my car and said not to worry about returning the trays until I had time. Everyone loved the cookies and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Union Street Bakery - you are amazing!!!!

Love frequenting this small local business. Food is fresh and consistently good. There are a few breakfast choices - yogurt and fruit bowl or breakfast sandwich with side of fresh fruit or side salad. Lunch - sandwiches, soups, quiche and salad options. Various baked goods offered daily. Tea & coffee & a fridge with cold drinks. Also fresh bread baked daily for purchase. Staff are always very friendly and patient. Love the homey cheerful atmosphere too. Stop buy for a bite, it’s all good!!

For our wedding we ordered a two layer lemon raspberry cake that fed about 50 people. We decorated it with flowers and it turned our beautiful. We also picked up a small red velvet birthday cake as it was our best man's birthday the same day as our wedding :). Both cakes were delicious! People RAVED about the Lemon raspberry. It was perfect. Thank you so much!
