The food was good and the portions were plenty. We ordered two shrimp and fish combo plates and two kids fish plates, 4 lemonades and it came to $49.00. I think is pricey. Did not like they had Coke's from the can and the lemonades were huge. I wish they offer medium size drinks. The place has a quiet atmosphere and while eating, customers listen to nice, instrumental musical. Unfortunately, we are not coming back. It was o.k but there are other seafood restaurants who also offer good food and they are less expensive.
Very Good. Their fried shrimp was about the best that I have ever had, and the fried fish is very good too. Their rice side dish is absolutely wonderful. Pretty much everything we tried here, including the gumbo, was very good.
Great dining experience. Some of the stuff on the menu has been retired for quite some time. Just ask if they have the thing you want lol. Food was super delicious. Salsa was super on point. Even the complimentary fish soup tasted amazing. I got the fish filet sandwich with avocado and unsweet tea, which also was super bomb and came in a super big cup. No free refill on Lemonade. Even the crinkle fries were a golden crispa, not soggy at all! Would definitely return, and I'm not even a fish guy!
Delicious! Perfectly breaded fish and shrimp. No one spoke English but but it was excellent!
Our usual place for seafood when we visited Brownsville; tried the avocado shrimp salad (love their rice) and shrimp cocktail my husband likes their seafood soup.
Good was great, Sunday afternoon mostly empty but the service and food were excellent.
Down enjoying South Padre island with family and found this little jewel. If you're around this area drop in and enjoy some seafood.
Prices are RIDICULOUS! In our take out there was no lemon so we kinda didn't like that at all.

The "dine in" experience has always been outstanding in every aspect; whether for lunch or dinner. This time, it was "take out" and the food lacked freshness and was slightly over fried. Maybe Sunday evenings aren't the best because their supply arrives on Thursdays from the weekend rush, we got the last batch and the personnel was tired; we won't stop visiting. One "not as delicious a meal" out of 20 years dining is actually still darn good eating!
Order some oysters and 20 pieces of shrimp 🍤 platter and fish 🐟 and it was delicious

My dad and I love coming here whenever we get the chance. It's probably one of the best seafood restaurants we've been to, and most everything on the menu is that a good affordable price for seafood. I love the decor and the music.
