My husband comes to get donuts every Saturday. There is always a line because everyone loves Jacks donuts! Their donuts are fluffy and really good. If you come at the end of the day they will run out of all the good ones. They have gluten free but not dairy free donuts.
Location used to be great. The selection is slim if you visit after 8am. Not sure how they are open until 8pm with 2 donuts to flavors to pick from. I visited and they had 4 racks of blank donuts with 4-5 people working while not busy at all. A different location went back and dipped it for me back
I am a teacher, and I made an online order a day in advance for 10 dozen donuts for the kids. I walk in and was told to call next time because she had to make donuts. So, I am confused as to why she's upset about making donuts, especially when I gave advanced notice. I ordered glazed yeast, chocolat

Ordered a dozen variety donuts that I picked on door dash with 24 donut holes and also 3 extra donuts and they sent me 12 yeast and 24 yeast holes no extra donuts. Idk if it's someone else's order or they just sent me what they wanted but if you can't accommodate my order just cancel it. Don't take
I grew up with Jack's in New Castle. Love the chocolate yeast donuts. Coffee is very good also.the help is always pleasant and talkative.
Their coffee and energy drinks are delicious. You have to try the diet goldmine.
The donuts I was able to purchase were of tasty flavor. Light and delicious. However, there were only three selections. Normal yeast, two cruellers, and one eclair. Then the stock was gone.
