Their Boudin and Cracklin' is a staple.
The Brit and I would have Boudin with eggs in the morning. That combo is actually pretty good!
Stop by to try some cracklin's. I got half a pound. In the butcher area. The people are friendly. Travis is out front selling crosses. The Way.. is where he use to work with people.

This is my go-to place for boudain, pork sausage, and fresh cracklins. Stop in, grab 3 boxes of frozen boudain, 2 packs of pork sausage, and a quarter bag if cracklins. Place a medium-sized soft cooler and carry on the plane (cracklins in hand, of course). That’s some good stuff, yeah!
I go a few times a week. There boudin, hot dogs and plate lunches are always good. Red beans, rice and sausage for $5.
Years ago I saw a travel documentary that stopped there to try the boudin. This place is a legend.

Was on this end of town during lunch, and saw lots of cars driving into the parking lot, I knew I had to stop. Went in, and saw that they had plate lunches. Ordered me the beef stew and a link of boudin. The beef stew was very good, but the boudin... SO SO GOOD! Definitely will be back to try th

Great little meat market - a must stop whilst passing through Broussard. Billeaud's sells their own brand of boudin and seasoning, super friendly staff - the best of any convenience store. Wished they stock up on Konriko spices (and not just Konriko rice) to accompany their own brand. Get your sausa

I’ve been coming here since I was a little kid, and will stop and even go out of my way to pass by when I am in town. Boudin is the best around, crawfish boudin SLAPS! They have everything you need, best meats in town in my opinion. My home away from home
Superb local place! Bought a few tasty snacks from the deli and some to take home from the cooler. Staff was very helpful and even offered samples!
Very nice employee! Got a Boudin plate lunch and 3/4lb cracklins. And WOW the cracklins are insanely good. The boudin was super flavorful and probably one of if not the best sausage I’ve ever had.
