Subway sandwiches are good. I find the bread a little too light. This particular Subway is a good one.

Staff cannot make any order complete. 3 messed orders in a row. will not re order and will make a post on social media. not petty but 3 in a row. get staff that want to work and do the job they are paid for.
Save the money and do not order. Delivery will not check order and workers at subway do not care. 10/10 will not order again.

The staff does not know what makes up a BLT. This happened twice in 10 days. The first time I let slide as I thought it a fluke, but it wasn’t as it happened twice in a row. Ultimately this lands on the manager, but they are stealing from customers. A standard BLT is 4 slices of bacon per side. If you order and pay for “double meat”, it is 8 slices per side. Both orders I got two 2 (two) slices per side. They are doing it on purpose. On Halloween I ordered again. I had to freeze the movie, pull out my own bacon, cook it and add it too my family’s sandwiches. If I have to do that, you have no reason to exist. Do NOT order from this Subway. They are thieves.

Food was just ok. The service was so terrible! Not friendly at all! The servicer gave some attitudes to us. It was my first time in here (Walmart). I dropped the empty cup and told him. Vegetables weren't "fresh" they looked like they had been sitting out for a WHILE . One of the employees did all the work while the other stood by the register on his phone texting the whole time. At one point another customer came up to ask for napkins because their station was a complete mess and pretty much out of everything and he was so into his phone he didn't even hear the guy until he had asked for a third time! I am so sorry but somebody really needs to come in and hold these people accountable and get the place running like it should. The guy doing all the work was nice and you could tell he was frustrated with the other employee but did the best he could.

The manager named Ricardo was very rude and the lady working seemed afraid of him when I asked her what the guys name was she leaned over and quietly whispered "Ricardo, why?" And I said "he was very rude taking our order I only ordered 4 sliders with Swiss and black olives, he was very impatient and rude" when asking what I wanted on the slider he condescendingly put both hands up in an aggressive hateful manner as if we weren't worth his time and asked "what do you want?" In a very hateful tone. I was surprised when I was informed that he is the manager! I go to this subway regularly if I have any more problems with Ricardo I will not hesitate to call corporate or whoever his boss is. There is no reason customers should be treated this way. I work in customer service and I would NEVER treat my customers this way. Never bite the hand that feeds you. And if you're reading this Ricardo just know those paychecks come from the food subway sells to customers!
