Jack In The Box

I don't really like this place. But I needed something quick for lunch and taco bell was all locked up. When I say I don't like this place, I mean every time I've eaten here before was pretty poor even for fast food standards. It seems they've really cleaned up their act though. The food was fresh, the staff were both helpful and kind, and it was. An overall positive experience. Some kids came in with limited budget and rather rambunctious, the staff was patient with them and treated them with respect. That means a lot to me. The kids even made a mess, one offered to clean it but the staff were (or at least appeared to be) happy to clean it. Will likely not even bother to check taco bell next time I need food in a hurry.

We visited this afternoon and it was very, very strange. The wait for our food seemed quite long, and we decided to eat outside on the patio since the weather was nice in the shade. As we were waiting for our food a delivery truck drove up and more or less blocked us in, but we hadn't gotten the food yet so no big deal--we thought. The door to the patio was the exit (apparently the whole place was one way?) and we saw that we couldn't go back in that way. That was fine, but when we tried to go back in the front entrance for some dipping sauce for our fries and a drink refill, it was locked! We waited a bit more and ate our fries (minus any kind of ketchup, etc.) and tried to go in to wash our hands after eating as well as throw away our trash since the outside trash was very full. Nope, the building was still locked. This was at 1:15 in the afternoon on a Saturday! I took a picture of the sign (next to the "exit" door from the restaurant to the patio area) showing the posted hours. We finally ended up making a 10-point turn to back out (and go the wrong way) in order to leave the parking lot since the delivery truck was 5' from the back of our vehicle and blocked us leaving any other way. (Picture for proof.) It was hands down the most bizarre fast food experience we've ever had, and while the food was fine, the rest of the experience was not. We won't be returning.

Don't go to this location. Lazy people, no one here needs or wants their job nor do they want to take your order or listen. I asked for a simple order on their menu, no extras, no special requests... They got it wrong. The dining area is disgusting and filthy. See photos.. We asked for nothing special, it's fast food, with a bunch of people in the back thinking they're clubbing and not at work.

When the Jack in the Box restaurant franchise first came to this area it didn't do so well, closing down after about a year or so, now this second location has been here for a few years and it seems to be doing better. I ordered through their app, which seems to be the trend with fast food places, and it was not too bad, but still needs some improvements. I arrived and announced to the counter employee of my pending mobile order and after a short wait my name was called. My burger was hot and freshly prepared, but messy and overly watery. I enjoyed the touch screen Coke machine that offered many different varieties including Vitamin Water flavors.

don’t eat here. This is honestly the worst jack in the box location. The “management” or if you could call it that, really blows. I’ve been coming to this location for years since I live right by here and have seen multiple times that the lobby is closed and employees outside smoking more than just cigarettes. Very very dirty inside never clean the woman’s bathroom or restock the toilet paper or put paper towels. and the lobby is always trashed and sticky. I can see into the kitchen when I order and see employees not wearing their hair up and not wearing gloves, sometimes not even in the regular jack in the box uniform just regular clothes. I’m ready to call the Heath department to get this store shut down cause of the lack of care the managers put in. Don’t eat at this location if you don’t want to get sick. I go back here cause I live right by here and a long time ago the food quality, customer service and cleanliness was at par. I know that this location was taken over by a franchise and no longer a corporate store, I think this franchise prioritizes lmoney over the health and safety of their stores.

If you order online and show up they don't have half of what you ordered AND you get a free attitude by the red haired girl at the window... Then they mess up even more and just forget to put half of my 5 item order in the bag... If your guna be rude to me because you guys messed up at least get my order right... I understand counting to 5 is pry a big task for this mouth breather but wasn't there any sort of screening process to make sure she could read and count? Or at the very least not be rude to customers.

I have visited this Jack n the Bok since it opened. I have never seen such behavior from a manager in my life. A lady wanted a fresh sandwich and fresh made ingredients they made the sandwich for her twice still using cold bacon and cold ham. the lady was maybe in her 70's she was very polite. saying I have a sick husband with an infection I'm just being cautious. The blond headed lady started screaming at the top of her lungs calling this lady every name in the book not once did the customer raise her voice. Then it gets bad, 17 teenagers surrounded this lady and began filming her and calling her Karen and pushing her. The ladies husband came in and rescued her as they were becoming violent. all and the manager said I own the fn place I cant get fired. I can't believe a corporation would allow this to go on. Attacking the elderly. Lost my business and my entire company. Chem Lawn 300 employees
