Dairy Queen (treat)

Super basic. Super old school. Manager was was kind of standoffish to me at the start but she warmed up after a joke or two:) For some reason I feel like this location gets more than their fair share of jerk customers. Pretty young kid making the orders but he was polite and did a good job. Will go back for sure.

This place needs to be closed or shut down. The poor employee’s are working with no air conditioning it’s so hot inside you can hardly wait for your order. It’s definitely not good working conditions, it was dirty inside and the parking lot was trashed with trash all over. I feel so bad for those poor kids working but they were so nice and polite. The owner doesn’t seem to care about their employees. I drive to Layfettee to get my Dairy Queen now I won’t give this place my money anymore. I reported it to the BBB and the city. I hope they take better care of their employees or close this store.

I love Dairy Queen so much, but today unfortunately I had a pretty bad experience. Staff was rude, horrible attitude. Instead of giving us our spoons for our order they asked if we needed any spoons ( we ordered 3 banana splits and a Strawberry Cheesecake Blizzard). Never before in any other Dairy Queen had I gotten my blizzard blended with my cheesecake. I couldn’t even taste the cheesecake let alone find it in the blizzard. Usually it’s left in pretty good sizes to at least be able to chew a little bit.

When I walked in with my son the 2 women behind the counter were not very kind or helpful. After picking out a cake we asked to have happy birthday written on it and the response was "the cake decorater is not here and we don't know how." We have been going to other Dairy Queens for years and have never once been told no to writing on a cake. I was extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service and poor attitudes and will not return to this location.

Terrible service. I was waiting for staff to acknowledge me as I was the only customer in the store. I even called the store to try to get her attention. After finally coming out to assist me I was told the phone didn’t work (even though I heard it ring) and it was my fault she didn’t know I was there because I used the wrong door. No apology so I left without ordering.
