Pizza Hut

We literally put "leave at door" every single time we order delivery and everytime someone bangs on our door and waits for one of us to come out. If you're not going to follow instructions what is the point of having that as an option? Not to mention an older lady who just delivered our pizza obviously didn't realize we have a front door camera and said "oh my god" all angry like because it took us two seconds to come outside and get it from her which we didn't even want to do, HENCE WHY WE PUT LEAVE AT DOOR. She then proceeded to throw the stuff on the ground. The pizza is good but maybe work on the customer service.

For the record ZERO STARS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICES when exactly is ok to hang up on a paying customer???? I just wanted to know why my credit card was overcharged by 10$. After nothing but attitude from the employee on the phone cancelled the whole 45$ order never again!!!I'll eat Sarah's pizza from now on. They have a better menu and staff anyway

My husband picked up the pizza we ordered. He waited forever at the curb and finally someone came out and said are you waiting on a pizza? He said yes I was told to pull up at the curb and they would look for the description of my vehicle. This is the worst pizza ever gotten. Literally it was like leather. We really could not eat it. So dissatisfied and disappointed. How do they stay in business? This is the pizza place on Wolf Road in Brookville.
