China Taste

We eat hear about once a month. Usually get 2 days worth of food at a time. The portions are good for the money. I usually get sesame chicken and rice. The fried dumplings are to die for. I see a lot of people in there that are incredibly rude to the owner lady. She has nothing but respect from me. They work 7 days a week probably 14 hours a day. Her English is not the best but it's a lot better than my Chinese that's for sure. Generally speaking I think the owners are great people.

This place is great. I order from here every once and a while, and each time the food tastes great, it's hot and fresh, portions are perfect and my order is always correct. There are only three people working it seems, and people don't seem to understand how busy they are. Your not getting "Perfect customer service" but it's fast, affordable, and delicious.

Usually one of our favorite haunts but tonight drop the ball ordered boneless spare ribs with white rice and an additional egg roll did not get my additional egg roll had to turn around and go back waited another 20 minutes in line for my egg roll get all the way home to find out my entire dinner is wrong I got the boneless spare ribs did not get my white rice upon calling her back she tells me I can turn around and come get the white rice and hangs up. Not going to do that due to the fact I just stood in line 20 minutes waiting for the additional egg roll that I tried to place with my order very sad on Friday nights they definitely need more hands it is out of control and the customer shouldn't be the one to suffer but yet here we are. I shouldn't have had to eat my meal tonight in pieces. So worried about making sure everybody gets their free s*** I'd settle for the stuff that I'd paid for and asked for.

Been going here for years and the food and customer service has declined tremendously. With that being said, I've looked past the owner's rude demeanor and told myself " maybe she's busy". I've also over looked being over charged and getting my order wrong. Tonight I asked for house chow mein noodles. I received chop suey. When I called back, the owner yelled that "chow mein no have no noodle" and hung up in my face. She won't get my business anymore. I do not recommend this restaurant.

This place was awful. I decided to give it a try since our normal place is closed on Mondays. The food had no taste. I had pepper steak and it was so bland and I’ve never had sauce or meat anywhere else with that taste or texture. It was weird. My husband had shrimp lo mein and he said it tasted like microwaved food. Also I ordered 2 extra egg rolls which we didn’t get with our order. The egg roll was the only part of it that tasted decent. Maybe it was a busy night or they got a new cook? I’m not sure but I do know this was my first and last time ordering.

The owners attitude STINKS! I’ve been coming to this location for a little bit now and I’ve overlooked a lot but they recently messed up an order and when I told her it was wrong, SHE SNATCHED THE FOOD FROM MY HANDS. I had to check her real quick about that! Absolutely horrible customer service and for that alone, I will not be returning!
