It was our first time there last night. The staff was so helpful and attentive. They gave us free chips to taste their hot sauces. I don't do spicy but the first 2, which were mild, were very tasty. The food was delivered to our table. We both got steak, which was tender and seasoned well. We LOVED our food, and were offered free drink refills at least 3 times. What's not to like?
Ben and his staff were awesome with a side of awesome sauce! We held an event there and they were very attentive to our and our guests needs. We will have more events there in the future!
The manager on duty today is rocking and all over the place helping customers. We came with a large group and he has been super attentive as well as his team.. not sure his name but he has nice tattoos.

This particular meal was not good. $10 for a half dozen chips and a dry quesadilla full of plastic cheese. I've eaten here before and liked it, we even get it to go as a group from work at times, so maybe this was just a random bad luck event.
Edit - went back and it was good so added a star. Hard to argue with the sauce selection.
Clean, super clean, and exceptional service. Pricing is on the high side but lots of variety and options. Food was decent.
Love this place! Food is always consistent, fresh and tasty. Staff are attentive, friendly and helpful. Place always looks clean. Staff frequently checks on diners outside and offers free drink refills, and cleans. They also offer great deals!
Since my wife and I moved here a year ago we have been trying-out Mexican restaurants all over our area. We found Tijuana Flats to be the best to our liking. My wife had tacos and they were large and delicious. I ordered the Megajuana Burrito, and it was gigantic!! They have a great menu. Ordering is done at the counter and picked-up when ready. But to my delight, a server brought the food to our table. Not only that, but she also kept our drinks and the chip basket full. The server also would bring a choice of hot sauce from the hot sauce bar. If I had know all that; I would have left a better tip when I paid up front.
Ordered at 6:04 for curbside pick up. App said it would be ready by 6:24. We get there about 6:15 and have no issues with waiting the 10 minutes or so. 6:34 comes and goes. 6:40 - I send my husband in to see if they accidentally gave our PAID FOR food to the wrong car. It happens. Fine. He comes out at 6:49 with our 2 taco salads. Yes it took 45 minutes to make 2 taco salads. Curbside pickup has not been our greatest experiences with this location. Customers waiting in the store waited just as long as we did. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because the food was good and fresh.
Update: I'm changing the star rating to 4 stars. Nachos were fresh, chicken was buried somewhere near the bottom, basically under the chips. Cheese was partially melted and it would be nice if when you ordered extra queso on the side that it didn't come with extra chips too.
My son loves the chicken here. Every time I visit they exceed my expectations. The food quality is always great great. great!!! Everything is fresh. The staff is helpful.
