We loved it before and were a little nervous when we found out they were under new ownership but guess what? Even better! Much better. What a deal .99 for tacos on Taco Tuesday (they are delicious btw) and they have the molcajete bowl which is the best i ever had anywhere. I also love their pork carnitas. Best Mexican restaurant around and cozy too.
We have been at Enchiladas Restaurant a few times and absolutely love it!! The food is delicious and hot when served!!! Highly recommend this place to bring family and friends . The owner wonderful too!!!
We are vegans and this place was delicious and vegan approved!!!! The margaritas were also dangerously amazing!!! We will be back!

I had the White Burrito with ground beef. It came with rice and beans. This was Thursday at 7pm. The portions were decent. I was full and very satisfied.
I'm Los Angeles born and raised, so I'd like to think I know my Mexican food... and this restaurant is no joke. Good food, good people... can certainly understand why it's been here for so long. Thanks for the great meal!
My meal was incredible and our service superb. My meal was pork with cactus, excellent.
Food was ¡MUCHO DELICIOSO! (jajaja I crack myself up � ) but don't ever sit with the super skinny, short haired, old lady...she was MEAN lol she refused to let me order my enchiladas with 2 different sauces so I order two dinners #fatboystatus one chicken with Ranchero sauce and one beef with Blanco. The food came out SUPER FAST, but they both came out Blanco. The server huffed and puffed and said "that's what you ordered" when I told her the order was wrong. Clearly she was needing a fix because the only reason we ordered a 2nd enchilada meal was so that I could have two different sauces...duhhh LOL After a few minutes the cook, come to find out later was the owner, came out with the correct dish and she told us to keep the extra meal, which was nice of her. If we're ever back in Brooksville we will definitely stop in again for some great food and atmosphere.
P.s. you should put a changing table in at least one of the bathrooms...gracias �

Amazing decor and menu was diverse. Waitress was helpful and very attentive. We had lunch burrito and quesidillas ..Plentiful and delicious. We will go back often.

Excellent service, really felt pampered by all the staff. The Cream Buritto is now my second favorite for both dine-in & in-house dining delivery. Plus, it has a down-home atmosphere that says Olde Brooksville, Fla. Pricing is surprisingly affordable.

Update: 6/22 I just wanted some chips salsa and guacamole for pickup.
Got home and I had 2bags of chips, 2 containers of salad and a nice side of guacamole mexicano . I’ve not yet been disappointed.
The good has definitely outweighed any bad here.

Amazing authentic Mexican food. Much of the menu is made in house, the salsa, the mole, and the margaritas are top notch and definitely need to be tried.

The new owners making the food nice and hot. Even giving a nice amount of Queso cheese on the Loco Burrito. Wife got the pulled chicken. Nachos and everything was so good.

Let me tell you... I love authentic Mexican food. It's hard to find a good Mexican restaurant. But, I found it at Enchaladas! I am from Tampa but stop here everytime we are in town since it has been under new ownership. The food is amazing and the prices are just as good. AND... the service is always outstanding. Today, something extra special was offered to us to try... ChocoFlan! My gosh was it good! They plan on adding it to their menu! Ask for it when you stop in.
