Big Boy - Brooklyn - Photo album

Upon entering we were given a choice of where we wanted to sit. We sat in the little brick room, a semi private seating area enclosed with large windows. Our waitress took our drink orders, came right back with our ice waters and was then ready to take our dinner order. About fifteen minutes after
Excellent food. Excellent service! Randy the server could not have been any better. Very clean establishment. Five stars all the way.
Breakfast here is fantastic! Lunch on the other hand... Entrée came out before the appetizers, I had the Spaghetti and the sauce was very watered down, the boneless chicken wings were chicken strips cut to the number of the order size and I had to ask before receiving a refill on my drink. But hey!!
I always love going here mainly because of the customer service. They're always so nice. The food is great, too. Place is clean. You usually don't have to wait, but if you do, it's not very long. Atmosphere is really great.
Was not highly impressed I was excited to try this after seeing in the movies and in all the local chat. Flavor was great very generic presentation. Staff was phenomenal and helpful.
Service was great, but the food quality was nowhere near the value of what i paid. Burger was very greasy, chicken tenders were very 'sad' looking and overcooked. We were very disappointed. Will not be returning, should've learned my lesson the first time.
The food it always amazing. There's a lot more room in there now with the salad bar not there. Love all the staff. Also there is a local author with an an amazing book.
Worst meal ever!! Eggs & hashbrown sittin in plate full of water. Fish not done & nobody cares! When asked how everything was & you said terrible they just say 'sorry'. Seems like just a place for kids to hang out & get paid
