Bashi Channel - Brooklyn - Photo album

The dumplings we ordered for an appetizer were okay but they had some great sauce to accompany it. I liked the meat in the dumplings but the wrapper were just wanton skin wrappers, which I love but it makes me think gyoza and wantons rather than just a dumpling. I had the fried chicken and waffles
Great local spot. Yuzu lemonade is delicious even in the winter, the dumplings are best when eaten hot and the curry ramen is also quite good. It does not compete for best ramen in the city but it is the best option on a local level
Everything here is tasty! Pork buns, soup dumplings, sandwiches, cocktails. The interior is well done without being too designed. A lovely place to hang out.
Highly recommend the Yuzu sour cocktail or the dragon's breath. Spicy Dan Dan noodles are as spicy as advertised, but great. Bao bun side could use more flavor.
The food, The Drinks & The Ambiance.... Not to mention Ray the Mixologist is AWESOME. This is one of my Hubby and I's best hideaways.
I enjoy their dumplings and sauce offerings. Also, the staff is consistently nice and attentive.
Solid menu that is not overblown. Tasty selections for small and big plates.
Delicious pad Thai and dumplings! Great decor too
