There's not a lot of Greek options in Bushwick but Yia Yia's holds up on many fronts, flavor, price point and appetizers. We had a couple things here and they were all good. A surprisingly great spot -- unassuming, dishes well done. We got the chicken lemon soup, seafood platter, baklava (how could we not), and loukoumades. Which we could have them all! So good.

Yia Yia’s has the best Greek food in NY, hands down. Everything is always fresh and tastes amazing. You have to try the grape leaves and the stuffed lamb appetizer. The red sangria is also amazing. The owner and staff are so friendly. Don’t miss this place!!
Super solid Greek food and so many items are gluten free as long as you don’t get the pita. If ordering online, call and request no pita.
