Slow Loris - Brooklyn - Photo album

I am not usually one to leave a review but this place deserves recognition. I have been here a few times and it never disappoints. My sister and I enjoyed dinner tonight and it was our best dining experience while she has been in town visiting. The food is phenomenal and it’s some of the best ser
We ordered some noodles that were fine. The seafood pancake was a little bland (but easily fixed by dipping in the accompanying dipping sauce), but the issue was that the pieces of seafood were huge, which made it a bit hard to manipulate the slices, and you would end up with crumbs. The Beef Galbi
If you’re looking for Ramen on a rainy day this winter look no further! I love coming here when I’m looking for a quick hefty pick me up. The Karage Chicken is always a must paired with a hot Sake. The Miso Ramen is a great dish for those who do not like pork broth soups. It comes with a spicy chil
I’ve become a regular at this place. It’s great for date nights, great for solo eating. Every single thing on the menu is fantastic and affordable. The staff is super friendly and on top of it. The atmosphere is very cute (see if you can find all the sloths scattered around the restaurant). Can’t sa
YUMMY! YUMMY!! I haven’t had sushi since overseas and their sushi was so scrumptious! I had their wings plain so I can try all their sauces. I recommend trying every sauce for the wings. They were all so delicious! Pao Buns were a must have as an appetizer too. I recommend going with a group of peop
Slowloris is a small relaxing cozy restaurant with a nice vibe to it. Located in Flatbush I think this is an amazing spot to grab lunch or diner after going through prospect park or to the zoo or the botanical garden. I placed my order 3 apatizers and after receiving them I wanted to order 3 main di
I love how cozy the restaurant is. Stained glass painting makes it feel very welcoming on the inside. Brilliant Kimchi fried rice.
Had a GREAT experience eating here. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The waiter was funny and kind. I loved the atmosphere as well.
Amazing food, cute atmosphere, and nice staff. We got the avocado ball, salmon donburi, j-ramen, mango salmon roll
It was December of 2018 and I stumbled into Slow Loris seeking refuge from the cold and to quench my insatiable hunger for sushi. It was late afternoon and there was a slight trickle of rain outside. I was immediately greeted and offered an opportunity to sit anywhere in the dining room. The place w
Great, just wish they had side dishes like restaurants do in K-town.
I love this place I come here regularly and it’s always great. Everything on the menu is delicious and the staff is so nice. The galbi is my favorite thing on the menu. 10/10 recommend.
Outstanding! Delicious food, charming service and a comfortable room. We had lunch for 6, sitting at a long family table in the center of the room. We had a couple hot pot bimbubop, a Bulgogi, a salmon sashimi bowl and steamed shumai, all delicious and handsomely plated. Service was very hospitable
Food was great I had a shrimp tempura roll, the Roll was a bit on the wide side & hard to fit in my mouth but it was great none the less. The service wasn't good I sat for 20 mins after I ate looking around for my waitress then when she finally came she just brought my bill without asking if I wante
Hwedupbap was pretty good! Lots of veggies & the gochujang sauce was good. The salmon & tuna were just okay - nothing special. I’d be interested to try the non-sushi options here!
I ordered takoyaki and salmon mango roll. The takoyaki was very good, hot when it was first served, molten in the middle and crispy on the outside. The Salmon mango roll had a lot of fresh cucumber and could’ve used a bit more sauce of some kind, but very good quality.
Friendly Staff and good drinks selection alongside good sushi.Deserves more recognition. Maybe some items need work but what I got was really good.
Absolutely delicious sushi (seemed super fresh), ramen and other Japanese/Korean dishes. The kimchi fried rice was different to anything I’ve tried before and had the perfect tangy-spicy balance. Only downside is they don’t seem to have a liquor license, but the green teas were perfect and warming o
Fast service, delicious food but the only critiques I have is the overpriced apps and the fact that their kimchi scallion pancake is entirely deep fried which makes it loose it’s flavor. Otherwise a decent, scrumptious spot for the neighborhood.
