Sophie's Cuban Cuisine - Brooklyn - Photo album

I had always passed the restaurant but never stopped as I was thinking over thick, slice hero bread with tons of meat stuffed inside, I saw a sign that said Empanadas so I went in and realized I was completely wrong about this restaurant. Ox tails, bake chicken, salads, salmon, and so many other del
I enjoyed my meal! Servings are big, I took half of it home.
Fast and delicious. This location is close to my job and I just love it when I have it for lunch. I usually get pernil with yellow rice, beans and sweet plantains. This is the full combo, gets me feeling so content and satisfied. Like look at this! I can barely finish it myself. Always bring leftove
Good place for a quick lunch, hearty portions, tasty chicken and sauces
Quick cost effective spot to get some Cuban food. Not necessarily the type of place to focus a date on more of a quick stop onto another activity. I recommend the pernil, sweet plantains and yellow rice. The food is definetly filling.
Excellent, super flavorful, the Cuban sandwich, the salmon, and the empanadas are all SO succulent, try the green sauce too, EXCELLENT
Everything was delicious! Tried the pulled pork, pulled turkey, yellow rice, plantains, avocado, empanadas, stuffed yucca, ham fritters, green sauce... It was ALL good. Fair prices. Staff was nice and welcoming, patient. Would definitely return again.
I got spicy chicken with black rice and vegetables and also the steak. Both were delicious and the green spicy sauce is also good. The plates cost anout 13 bucks each. The place is always clean. Seating inside, bathroom. They have 9.99 specials and flan if you want dessert.
Food was great always is but this time I had their Chicken made with some sort of gravy and it was Great!!!!
Great food, but they've consistently raised their prices over the years. Rice and two empanadas used to be $7, now it's $9. I had to stop going here because it was getting out of hand. But the green garlic sauce is insanely good.
Six years ago... Great place for lunch. Cuban and pernil sandwiches are tasty and filling. Seafood or cod stews are excellent when available Post pandemic update... Prices are up, as you'd expect, but portion sizes and quality seem even better than before. I couldn't finish my pernil sandwich (plan
When I heard Sophie's has a Brooklyn location, my heart skipped a beat. When I heard they deliver, I dropped everything at hand and called to place an order. The delivery is fast (usually within 20 minutes), and the food is tasty as always. Their baked chicken, which comes with extra green sauce(!),
Amazing food & excellent service - food is fresh and authentic, extremely flavorful. My rec is to try the oxtail stew & their sweet plantains!
Addictive Green Sauce. Whatever you order, make sure you include the green sauce. It's spicy, creamy, and flavorful. Whatever you order, add a few drop of the sauce on it and it'll taste even better. It's a cafeteria style where you order and they scope up from hot plate (sandwiches are made fre
Game called Beyond Oasis for the Sega genesis. Looked back and took a pic. Water Shrine has a Water Cube. Water Cube had a water sprite. Moral of the story when you make that much sense you make no sense at all so I invited New Mexican natives to Haitian Flag Day May 18.
