Ichiran Brooklyn - Brooklyn - Photo album

A foodie friend of mine wanted me to come here and I will admit I’ve found my number one favorite Ramen spot and it’s Ichiran, I’ll explain why. This spots is my favorite because you’re able to customize your entire ramen order. Literally from the richness of the oils in the broth to how firm or so
Went here with my family and we definitely enjoyed the food. Flavorful and delicious! Love that dashi sauce! The chasu was really well seasoned! You have to pay extra for additional sides but overall the experience was a good one. The menu had limited options but all very good. The staff was attenti
Ichiran excels in solo ramen dining, offering rich tonkotsu broth with customizable noodles and toppings. The minimalist setup ensures an intimate experience, though some may miss communal dining. Efficient service and consistent quality make it a standout chain for authentic, personalized ramen enj
Incredible ramen. I love the setup of the shop, perfect for introverts or people needing to just eat without interaction. You order wordlessly and receive everything with polite quick delivery. I ordered extra noodles and when you’re ready you put the metal tag on the tray and with cute fanfare they
Best of the best when it comes to Tonkatsu Ramen. No wonder Ichiran has locations throughout the world. I’m so glad there’s one close to me without having to travel into Manhattan. Star of the show is no doubt their Ramen and with endless variations of customization, each bowl is surely to be uniqu
Best ramen in NYC! There’s usually some wait time but the ramen is worth it. No reservations. They have two seating arrangements; booth and regular dine-in tables. Booth is an unique experience!
Incredible ramen and fun experience overall. Really appreciate their no tips policy. Worth waiting in line. It is a lot of food
The only bad thing is the parking but everything else were good! The boiled egg was a little bit over cooked, the yoke was not as creamy but the noodle and the broth was spot on.
Hands down the top 3 best ramen in nyc and even the world. The experience is unlike anything you can experience in NYC and supposedly as close as it can get to being in Japan! Cannot wait to go back 🍜
First time having ramen and I’m so happy that I was taken to Ichiran for the authentic experience. We went for lunch and found parking around the block from it. There was about a 10 min wait before we got seated. We both ordered the tonkatsu ramen with the recommended additions. I didn’t order any s
This was my very first Ichiran experience ever back in 2018. Tried the new locations in Manhatten and it just wasn't the same. Brooklyn all the way! Best of the best out of all 3 locations!
Consistently delicious, balanced, flavourful. Ichiran never fails to bring me joy. Only wish they would expand their kitchen, or make more restaurants so the lines wouldn’t be so long and they can bring back home delivery option.
my first time in an ichiran! was solo traveling at the time so i thought the concept was great - i love the little private booths. really helpful, friendly staff and a solid meal.
I went to this restaurant on my birthday to eat. There was a line so we had to wait. This was my first freshly made ramen. Am not fan of eating pork yet this pork Ramen was so amazing. When started eating it was ok. Then added extra pork to both and flavor just popped. Like made my mouth day with ho
ichiran is probably our favourite ramen ever. the last time we’ve had their ramen was in Japan, so when we went to New York, we had to go get some. their location in brooklyn reminded us of the ones in japan, where you have individual stalls (dividers could be removed though!) and a curtain separat
Just like Japan. JUST LIKE IT. Service is faceless and private, simple menu, and you’re expected to be self-governed. A responsible meal.
You are going for the soup and noodles. The broth is very excellent as are the noodles. Vegetable or pork that's it. I had the vegetable. I will go back and see if it's vegetarian at some point. Seating is seperate in individual booths that you can combine in a row until after 7, when the dinning ar
