Overall good experience. My favorite dish has always been jalea. It was flavorful. Only critique was there was so much fish vs. Calamari & shrimp. Service was excellent!

The two times Ive come here Ive found Pollo de oro to have great food but be a dissapointing experience. This place is near Tillary, off of Flatbush. It was not crowded at all. Because of that service was quick and servers were attentive. I had a mojito and the other person had a margarita. The empanadas are really good. I ate the chicken and cheese. My entree was the chaufa... can't go wrong there.

Great little Peruvian spot. Food was delicious and the outdoor area is big and servers are friendly. Beware a bit slow on service and an extra fee if paying by card (use Zelle or Venmo), but not a bad place to scratch the South American cuisine itch.
