This is by far the most authentic pasticceria I found outside of sicily. For major holidays the line can grow a few blocks long. Everything from the hot chocolate to custom cakes are high quality. Make the trip, you won't regret it.
What is there to say that hasn't already? This is the best cannoli I have ever eaten (and yes I've had Mike's Cannoli in Boston, which is a close second). They use ricotta imported from Palermo, fill the shells to order, and have a maraschino cherry in one end and a candied citron in the other. When
I got a red velvet cake for a birthday and it was delicious (a bit on the sweet side but good overall). I also got these fruit marzipans because I’ve always wanted to try them and it was good but a bit too big to enjoy. I wish they came in a smaller size 🥹 but it was very cute in general. Would reco
Old school charming beautiful bakery. We bought individual portions tiramisu and chocolate cheese cake to try it. They were delicious however full size ricotta cheesecake looked great but, in my opinion, it had a heavy sticky dough that I personally did not like. I loved their bread with olives. I
A taste of Italy 🇮🇹 in Brooklyn New York! Holy cow this place is fantastic! Get the mini cannoli made fresh while you wait! I had a double shot of espresso which was absolutely spectacular! I couldn’t believe my eyes when I walked in as you can probably tell from all the photos of the gorgeous dese
I simply just love this place ❤️! Old school Italian bakery at it's best here in Brooklyn, NY! You MUST pass by and try their delicacies if you're ever in Brooklyn!
Of course I go on Christmas Eve but they were very quick once you get inside. It’s a good idea to have a general idea of what you’re looking for during this extremely busy time. The workers were very diligent!
Really love this place. One of the best gelatto that I've ever tried. Especially pistachio! My daughter can't walk past the store without a cup of gelatto😍
If you come to NYC and only visit one bakery, make this it. It’s where all the old school locals go to grab a coffee and Sfogliatella.
Loved everything about this place. I was back home in NYC visiting from Philly, and decided I needed to stop and buy some fantastic pastries to bring home. I was not disappointed! Even grabbed a cappuccino for the drive. We loaded up and had carrot cake for breakfast this Father's day in our pajamas
