Great shake shack location. Clean and efficient. Food didn’t take too long and there was someone making sure the food was correct before handing it to us. Staff cleaned up tables right after people finished so we got a window table pretty quickly.

I love Shake Shack! Can’t go wrong with anything here. It does get busy at some point so ordering through the app definitely helps. I love my Shackburger, bacon cheese fries, milkshake, basically everything!!!
Whoa! The portobello mushroom burger, stuffed with melty cheese was surprisingly awesome! We went back again for that burger and also tried their lemonades - strawberry & mango passion - both very good!

Was busy, but you have the option to order online, at the counter, or at a kiosk. Good food and beautiful part of Brooklyn.
Not as busy as it used to be...being that the summertime in New York City is one of the busiest tourist seasons of the year. We were able to find a table pretty quickly inside to escape the heat. Staff was also helpful and willing to help. (A unique skill in NYC sometimes lol)
Great experience, fabulous view of the Brooklyn Bridge, good service, clean tables and bathrooms. There's a changing table in the women's bathroom. Only tried fries with bacon and cheese because I had been eating so much 😅 but they were delicious. Warm and cozy inside during a rainy day!
Awesome place. Cozy and comfortable. Very well done burgers and the best are the shakes, they are creamy and refreshing at the same time. All the staff was really great.
