He took my order and made all the food himself as he's the ONLY one working!! What a champ!!! Going above and beyond at his work!

I ordered orange chicken and some new crispy almond chicken. I got disgusted chicken covered in soy sauce. If you are out of ingredients, try not to serve disgusting trash instead- thanks. I have had decent food in the past - also only the drive thru was open. Rice was good.

I used to operate Avis Budget Car Rental within Sears Auto, very close by this Panda Express location, so I frequently stopped by. Recently and today, I stopped by going through drive through as usual. The quality of the food is excellent nice and fresh, but customer service was very poor as usual

The wait times in the drive through are getting ridiculous. I understand places are understaffed but other fast food places can still get you the food at a reasonable time. It only gets 2 stars because the food is usually decent. Notice the 5 star rates were from a year ago or more. The 1 star rev

Staff is consistently short - and behind during lunch. Lately the drive through has not been attended - with no signage indicating that it is not in use. Staff inside ignores customers waiting 5-10 minutes to order. I would not come here for expecting service. Management should look to fill position
