I had not been to a Boston Market in many years since they closed the locations near my home. I hope other locations in the Milwaukee area are better because I remember great food. This location served me rock hard potato wedges, an old pot pie and mac and cheese that could have held bricks together. The service was slow and I was the only customer there at 630pm.

The food is good. However both times I've ordered online they don't know I ordered and it's not ready when I get there. Also both times I realized once at home they forgot to give me things I paid for. Not sure if ill go again

The service was awesome. Right after the employee, Danny, who took our order did so, he was harassed by the customer before us. The douchebag complained about the total price of the food when the prices are clearly displayed on the menu. After that the employee then made his way to us to take our orders and acted like nothing had happened. He then proceeded to give us a 2-for-1 deal even though we didn't have the coupon. He handled the whole situation very well.

Kayla, who works at Boston Market, has been the driving reason for me and my family to keep coming back. The food is on the healthier side, better than burger king or McDonald's, but the customer service here is better than most paves you can go these days. Had to wait on chicken because it wasn't ready yet. Said it would take 10 mins but they forgot about us and it took nearly 20 mins. Food had been sitting in the hot plates for a long time. Didn't look fresh at all.

I called ahead and my order was all ready when I arrived. Great family style dinner and apple pie. Try the cranberry sauce - terrific.

Staffing needs to be worked on. 2 people on a Saturday night is unacceptable waited 30min in line. Hygiene as well. No gloves? Wiping your nose? Not a good experience

Pretty consistent quality food, but service is very hit-and-miss. A lot of times you can have your patience tested here.
