The staff is polite. The place is very clean with workers coming around constantly to wipe down tables. Love the option to have fresh fruit in the kids meals. The kids love the play area. Overall, a great experience!
This place is awesome! My wife and I got dinner for us and the kids. They made a mistake on my sandwich and my wife's. I took the sandwiches back up and explained the problem. They refunded the entire meal which I didn't ask for at all, they told us we could keep the mistake sandwiches and then they came to our table and offered us more free chicken. We love the food here and now we love it more. Absolutely amazing customer service!
My wife and I stopped by on Thursday 11/9 after bringing our son to Children's Hospital. We don't have a Chick-Fil-A near us, so it was a special treat for our son and the first time any of us had ever been to any location. I could go on about the food, which was delicious, but the customer service from start to finish was what will make this a destination for us every time we come down to Milwaukee. The manager Abigail personally came by our table to chat and gave our son some balloons and we shared with her a little about our story and how impressed we were with the young lady who served us who'd only been there two weeks. I commented to my wife that the service was by far the best we'd had at any fast food restaurant, she said it was probably the best customer service we've had anywhere. My wife is right. It was. Food came out fast, it was hot, and everybody i interacted with was super friendly and helpful. Possibly one of the best expiriences I had at a fast food joint.
They have very good food with decent portion sizes and reasonable prices. I like the spicy chicken sandwich, soup, and side salad.
Thank you Chick fil A - Brookfield (Capitol) for providing amazing service and the complimentary dog treats for our new puppy Diego when we came through the drive-thru! It was the perfect way to end such an exciting day of adopting him!
I went through the drive thru about 11:30am on a Friday. The line moved quickly. My fries were hot & fresh. My sandwich was a thing of beauty and the lemonade was incredible! Thanks for a great lunch!
We visited with my daughter before her appointment at Children’s. Other than the gluten free buns being extremely crumbly, the food was amazing! The play place was an excellent way to let my daughter run around after a 2 hour trip in the car and before spending another 2 hours at the doctor’s office.

My older daughter was able to experience your yummy food for the first time yesterday and she gives 100 thumbs up if she had that many. My younger daughter forgot how good your food taste and asked if we can return soon. I'm so thankful that you guys are around!

My initial drive thru order was wrong, and the manager at this location went above and beyond to fix it. He asked what he could do to make it right. Not only did they deliver what was missing, they brought additional items to make up for the mistake. Thank you for your excellent customer service.
First time eating at Chick-fil-A must say it was the most efficient and pleasant staff I ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. Had a chicken sandwich wich was delicious and extremely moist. There sauce tasted good but the ingredients were extremely unhealthy. Will look for other options or eat it without sauce. Sorry but there is just to reason to be adding corn syrup to sauce. Thanks for the pleasant experience and I will be back.
I had a bad experience this evening with my favorite fast food restaurant. My family was forgotten about twice in one visit and our food came out cold. 5 stars because this is my 1st review of this otherwise awesome establishment. I believe you deserve 5 stars for being great during my past visits. But this evening, smh…
This location is always busy. Though, they have curbside pickup down! I would recommend only doing curbside to save you a hassle and the wait... If you don't, you will be stuck there for at least 30mins waiting in line to order and another 10-15 for your food... The chicken is delightful!
The food was hot and fresh, and the wait time wasn't that long even though it was busy. If I had to say one not so good thing, it's that the gentleman that took our order was not very friendly.
Gems: Short wait time during busy times and hot/fresh food [still] before closing.
Always love their food and their customer service is impeccable. Awesome personalities, fresh food, and hardly ever waiting more than 6 minutes in the drive thru or the inside after you order. The best hands down
Noticed a menu favorite of mine wasn’t on the app, went into the store and they said they didn’t have it but they assisted me in making sure my stay wasn’t short served. I was given an item that lives up to my menu favorite and for that I am truly grateful for the staff that work at this fine establishment.
Shoutout to the two managers and red shirt who made sure I got what I came in for and loved!
