Food was amazing. I did the woozie but had bacon instead of spinach. Our server Mike did an amazing job and would return each time just to be served by him. The Italian paradise is also a must try!

Kate made my stay wonderful. My server Robert was on top of our table maintenance keep our drinks full and the table clean! The open kitchen allowed the chefs to show off their skills, from tossing pizza to tossing pasta WIN WIN THANK YOU BRAVO FAMILY

To be honest, Bravo! is exactly what you'd expect! And I don't mean that in a negative way, whatsoever. The pizza was truly exceptional, as well as the appetizers. I'm a big fan of the crispy, wood-fired pizza that they have. What made it five stars for me was the service. Our waitress was funny, entertaining, and most of all, helpful/kind. Will be going there again for the Italian food.

The moment we walked into Bravo this evening, we were treated with the utmost courtesy and outstanding service. Our server, Brian, was attentive and accommodating from our first glass of water to the last bite of our dinners. He let us know we were welcome to stay and visit as long as we wanted to ~ a wonderful accommodation. We were served some complimentary bread and seasoned oil before our dinners arrived. Once our meals came, the egg plant parmigiana and pasta dishes were delicious and absolutely in unexpected price ranges - wonderful values for the quantities. Thank you Bravo and Brian for a wonderful birthday evening.

We stopped in for a late lunch at 2:30. It was pretty quiet at that time. I had the chicken and salad entree. My wife had the chopped salad. Both were very good and quite filling for lunch. They cost about $15 apiece. All the employees were masked.

Always a great experience here. Older gentleman named Robert is our server last two times and he is wonderful! He provides very fast service even with all the tables he has to work with and is constantly working. Food is always fresh and tasty. Robert keeps tables refilled and serviced literally every 3-5 minutes which is not the case anywhere these days!!

We usually come here a lot, and the service is usually great. However, today we had to wait in the waiting area for about ten minutes while servers watched from their own little areas not doing anything, and today wasn’t even a busy day. We were given this server who had a bad look on his face and he would not even smile or at least try to pretend to be polite. We were finally seated and he asked for drinks, and when we said we needed more time right after we ordered our drinks, he gave a foul look and walked away. If you haven’t been to this place, they usually give you bread as an appetizer right after you order. However, we watched as countless new tables that were seated after us were given bread and we were not. This went on for about 20 minutes before we had to stop a different server and ask for assistance. This server was very polite and apologized for her coworker’s incompetence. Then I realized she was the manager and she started to lecture our server. After that our server’s tone completely switched, and it pains me to see people changing their attitude only because a person of authority had noticed it. The food was great, the service was not. This place was especially uncomfortable because I am not comfortable with openly being annoyed at someone in the service industry, but they were just testing my patience. I hope next time we will receive better service.
