I normally don't like Dunkin. However today was a long day. Stuck in traffic for 2 hours to get to the airport, only to hear that my flight was canceled and no more flights for several days (after waiting on line for another 2 1/2hrs). I hadn't eaten all day. I left the airport went to get gas and stopped at the Dunkin right off the Cross Bx Exp. I told the guy I needed the strongest iced coffee they had and he was so nice. He hooked up my coffee. I would definitely go back.

The gentleman that woks the night shift is awesome. Fresh coffee, made just he way we ask always plesant and always cleaning machines. This type of customer service has not been experienced in a long time this gentleman has restored my faith in humanity with kidness and fresh nightly coffee dunkin i hope you guys dont loose this one.

I have never done a review of any sort but something that one of the workers did has left me speechless. I went to this place to order something. Whiles I was there, I realized I couldn't find my purse so I was thinking I left it at home and left the place. To my surprise, one of the workers found it and kept it safe for me. She walked all the way to my house (she used the address on my ID) to give me my purse with everything in it. I can't thank you enough Darlene.

The staff are very nice people and the place is clean. It's located in a BP gas station so you can also put gas in your vehicle, play Lottery games, hot and cold drinks etc...
