Review Pizza Hut - Bronx

Only issue is that it's too far. I can only get it on my way home from work. Other than that, my pizza is always fresh and hot. I order online so I don't have to wait long. The people there are cool regardless. I wish there were one near me.

I showed up here, which was the wrong pizza hut.. They gave me great customer service and was very helpful.

Rafael took care of me as I placed an online order for pick up but then last minute wanted to add something. I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing customer service he offered and although there were back to back walk in customers he still accommodated me and got my order ready in less than 10 mins. I will definitely be back again and had to ask him his name since he truly went above & beyond. I’m taking my time to write this in hopes that his efforts will be recognized because these little things truly make a difference to customers like me!! Thanks again!

I entered the store and stood on line for almost 10 minutes and never even saw a cashier or staff person. I left the store without any food. I changed my rating to 4stars, up from 2, on my second visit because I was immediate address upon entry. The food was prepared promptly and the cashier was friendly.

My favorite pizza franchise of all time. I love that I can split the pizza and can add toppings for me and my hubby. The buffalo wings were made to perfection. The staff at the Bartow store was very friendly and courteous.

Over a year ago I had a bad experience with the food. I love Pizza Hut’s stuffed crust pizza so I decided to take another chance. I’m glad I did. From the time I placed the order, I had my food within 30 mins. Whoever answered the phone at the store was very nice and the driver was too. He got out of the car (which some don’t) and he thanked me for my business. The food was hot, tasty and thank God it was made very well. I think it depends on when you order. Weekends and things like Super Bowl Sunday’s are EXTREMELY busy. So it’s a no brainer that wait times are longer. I don’t mind waiting if the food is made well and good. The worst thing is when the food sucks after a long wait. I’m very satisfied with my most recent order. Less than a 30 min wait is A+

I love Mom and Pop pizzerias, but enjoy Pizza Hut if it is the only option available. It is accessible by car or on foot. The staff is very nice and professional. The store is kept neat. This is not a sit-down location. You can only do take-away. I strongly recommend ordering online to get some great deals. We were paying over $20 for a pizza that we can now get for $8.42 just by ordering online. I love the hand-tossed, premium crushed tomato, and Hut-flavored crust combination. The food is served hot and tasty. The wait can be a little long, so calling or ordering ahead of time would do you good.

My first time at this place, was a pretty good experience. I inquired if the wings were crispy or just saucy and the cashier to me they could make the wings nice and crispy for me. The lady in the back even verified if I wanted them crispy. I ordered a personal pan pizza and 12 wings. Now, I'm not a fan of Pizza Hut, but the pizza was actually very good and the wings were freaking delicious. My co-worker even enjoyed it, despite the wings being too hot for his pallet. I would definitely recommend this place and the food.

I've been ordering from this location for about a month now and everything has been great. The pizza is good and the delivery is always on time. They even gave me a free pizza after adding a topping on a previous order that I did not want. So So so much better service than the dominos on Boston road which has become an absolute disgrace.
