Review Mcdonald's - Bronx

Was very surprised today with everything at this McDonald's service..I was pleasantly satisfied with the start to the finish. The younglady at first thgt I was Hispanic sibshe attempted to communicate in her 1st language but soon realized I needed English to order from the digital menu which would not allow us to place a double fish sandwich with extra tartar sauce. So she walked me over I say to the register didn't point it out but actually escorted me to another cashier Kudos to her. By the way she assisted all the customers even waking to tables asking if they were in need if condiments which she had in her apron. On my second visit if the day she was mopping the floor & opened the ladies room for me which was so clean. As I left she continued mopping the floor caring for the tables. Either she loves her job or you guys ended up with an employee that really cares in general & gives her best..Try to keep her 6/13 @ 1:33pm -Young Hispanic girl.. Maybe the receipt will help she was on the floor till 3pm I know.

They rebuilt the store and everything look new and clean they also have new machines Everything look new beautifully and Also employees are very helpful And willing to help to get your own hot ☕️ and fresh Breakfast/Burgers/fried 🥰🔥

One of the best locations. Service is a little slow though

Love going here! The food always comes out good and fast. Good customer service, as well. My kids love this McDonald's specifically since it's by their school. I've been coming here for the last 5 years and we will continue going.

The ice cream machine works. Went to three McDonald's to get a minty freaking Oreo McFlurry. At 1am. This is the spot that defies the notorious reputation of the McD out of service ice cream machine. THANK YOU

Sometimes good, sometimes not so good. I was very disappointed to see that the prices have nearly doubled. McDonald's is not the same as McDonald's from my childhood. What a shame. I didn't get anything the last time I was here coz I was mostly upset about the price of a just a cheeseburger. The bathroom has a broken soap dispenser!
