Food is amazing, serious complements to the chef! The crab rangoons are out of this world. However, I was enjoying my meal of general Taos when I discovered a hair on a piece of broccoli. Although I am disgusted and thoroughly disappointed by this, I will continue being a loyal customer to this establishment.I also will keep recommending this place to other people. We all make mistakes and I understand that, but a hair in a customers food is unacceptable.
I've been looking for a Chinese restaurant with delicious food and this is it. It came as a recommendation from a friend after our horrible experience with GREEN DRAGON. They are super pleasant, yes food takes a while to be delivered and it's because the demand is high but it is worth the wait! My boyfriend and I enjoy eating here. It's a hit in our home!
I ordered online through Uber eats. The customer service wasn’t the best but the food was definitely tasty. Much better than most Chinese restaurants in the area. 100% recommend the steamed dumplings.
Really good take out. The service and decor are nothing special, but hey, it's takeout! The food os great, what's not to like?
Not gonna lie, best Chinese spot in the Bronx. Food delivery and presentation on spot, workers are helpful, and the food is beyond perfect! 10/10 would recommend
There chicken wings in brown garlic sauce or just the fried chicken it's self is awesome. You have to be precise exactly what you want in your food. Pork fried rice will just come plain if you don't say onions etc. Overall good...
Food was AMAZING ! I won't give up this lil gem of a spot 💎 Delicious and fresh food, seasoned and cooked perfectly. Can't wait to order again already. I decided because I was in the area I'd order so I called ahead and picked up in person quick n easy.
The family usually gets delivered food, which has always been fresh tasting.
Haven't been to this area in 10 years and was cruising Tremont looking for decent Chinese takeout around 9pm. China Wok looked the best out of several that I saw. Just ordered the basics since it was my first time there. Chicken fried rice with a shrimp roll. The food hit the spot, I really enjoyed it. The rice was yellow, fresh and delicious. Diced onions, chicken, and other ingredients made a terrific meal. The shrimp roll was a winner, no complaints. $7.00 total. I ordered in person and it was easy to see that this place is busy. Delivery, takeout, a steady stream of customers. They had 4 people working there so the food should be fresh.
UPDATE: got the "house special lo mein" and Wonton soup. Both were terrific. The lo mein had shrimp, chicken, and pork with the noodles. Six people working there now, ordered in person and food was ready in 10 minutes.
The food's pretty good better than most places on Tremont but they're starting to cut back on some of the vegetables and all you have is noodles need a little more flavor and heat as fast or hot it was no hot peppers at all in there
