Mcdonald's

The food was what you expect from McDonalds. I was there at 7:30 am on 12/1, they were short staffed. Instead of taking my order, the manager was taking orders from the drive thru and the person that was cooking told us to create our order in the kiosk, which I had never used. To which I asked for the supervisor, because I had no time to use the kiosk. She explained they were short staffed. However, the supervisor had very good customer service. She was doing handling the front orders and the drive through orders too. She was amazing and did the best she could do. I am only writing this review because we waited longer than average.

The folks that are there are very professional and a very nice I really like going there and not to be whatever I'm African-American but I noticed that the folks that are Latino that work there or Mexican or Ecuadorian in whatever they always nice always it's a pleasure to spend your money when people act decent towards you thank you call Guatemala they're very nice people you don't mind spending your money some places you can't stand the people that work there at McDonald's.

Quick and easy drive through, a decent-sized parking lot which is rare on Boston Road, and pretty accurate staff. If the parking lot doesn't look too busy, I think it's easy enough to walk in as well. The good news is that this location isn't cramped into some corner lot, so there's pretty good space to navigate around the drive-thru line meaning you don't have to go hunting for parking anywhere else if you don't want to. The staff is always been relatively friendly, and at minimum they get the job done and put my food in my bag so I appreciate them for being quick, efficient, and accurate.

I am kind of person l pay attention to detail. Starting from the person that took my order and all other staff and the kitchen, watching how clean and cleanness of person making food. To my point of view they're all professional and very respectful. In every restaurant the person who take the order always tell it all the kind of service you're getting. The first contact will determine the rest of the service. You know what l mean. Hygiene wise and body language. So far this location is great. I love the service and the food . Is great!!!
