Love the new look and environment. Clean, fast, and convenient. Has nice ordering kiosks. If you have difficulty you can purchase from the counter with an employee. Bathrooms readily available. Fresh tasting food. Table service. Oh yeah, their Ice Cream Machine works lol.
Shanell had exceptional service. I haven’t felt cared about as a customer in this McDonald’s for a while. After taking my order she made sure everything was right with my order & that I was satisfied & for that I appreciate. THANK YOU SHANELLLL
Attentive but flawed service, always check your order before leaving. The restaurant was very clean. Plenty of parking in a huge lot, or you can choose the drive thru. Food was average. A bit of a wait, not enough cashiers.
The food was what you expect from McDonalds. I was there at 7:30 am on 12/1, they were short staffed. Instead of taking my order, the manager was taking orders from the drive thru and the person that was cooking told us to create our order in the kiosk, which I had never used. To which I asked for the supervisor, because I had no time to use the kiosk. She explained they were short staffed. However, the supervisor had very good customer service. She was doing handling the front orders and the drive through orders too. She was amazing and did the best she could do. I am only writing this review because we waited longer than average.
I am kind of person l pay attention to detail. Starting from the person that took my order and all other staff and the kitchen, watching how clean and cleanness of person making food. To my point of view they're all professional and very respectful. In every restaurant the person who take the order always tell it all the kind of service you're getting. The first contact will determine the rest of the service. You know what l mean. Hygiene wise and body language. So far this location is great. I love the service and the food . Is great!!!
pros the remodel is amazing spacious clean few ordering kiosk clean bathrooms cons 1 cashier so the line is long plenty staff in the back preparing food but seems food takes just as long as before even using the app. FYI use the ap save time and money always deals
The atmosphere was great. This place was recently renovated and it nice cozy and clean. The food was great.
I hate this new "business" design of the new structure.
Bring back the 🤡 and the fry guys and all them that made a memory in my childhood.

Quick and easy drive through, a decent-sized parking lot which is rare on Boston Road, and pretty accurate staff. If the parking lot doesn't look too busy, I think it's easy enough to walk in as well. The good news is that this location isn't cramped into some corner lot, so there's pretty good space to navigate around the drive-thru line meaning you don't have to go hunting for parking anywhere else if you don't want to. The staff is always been relatively friendly, and at minimum they get the job done and put my food in my bag so I appreciate them for being quick, efficient, and accurate.
The folks that are there are very professional and a very nice I really like going there and not to be whatever I'm African-American but I noticed that the folks that are Latino that work there or Mexican or Ecuadorian in whatever they always nice always it's a pleasure to spend your money when people act decent towards you thank you call Guatemala they're very nice people you don't mind spending your money some places you can't stand the people that work there at McDonald's.
