I mistakenly left my wallet there. Only to notice when I got home some 10 miles away that I had forgotten it. I returned to retrieve it and the attendant had put it away safely for me. Kudos to great team.
Despite being very busy, they took time to warm milk for my nephew. Love the service and patience
A crazy guy threw hia soda at some kids that were passing by from right inside the restaurant, it spilled on me and messed up my shirt. The manager was magnanimous and chased the guy out, gave me tissues to clean off my shirt and replaced my orders for free.
This is my go to fast good spot. It's right in my neighborhood. Hey it's McDonald's it's always crowded during rush hour . I never had any issue with this restaurant.

This Macdonald on Bruckner Blvd near White Plains Road has a good drive thru. I suggest you check your order before leaving and be sure to ask for ketchup, napkins, and straws because they do not automatically put them in your bag.
