Review Domino's Pizza - Bronx

Service was good and prompt. The store location is pretty clean. My wings were suppose to be honey bbq but there was just some BBQ sauce spread barely on the wings. The pizzas were freshly made.

Pizza tasted really good cheaper than most near by pizzerias will definitely buy here again.

Despite the reviews I’ve gotten pizza from here three times , including delivery once . Never had any issues . Pizza was warm , delivery didn’t take too long . Standard dominos pizza . Only thing I will say is I ordered bacon and jalapeño stuffed cheesy bread and the bacon was raw when they stuffed it so it didn’t really cook properly , and I ended up taking it out . Maybe they should try cooking the bacon then putting it inside the dough . But otherwise pizza has been good .

I order a pizza and a pasta for delivery. The food was good. The delivery service was on time. nice.

Services are a bit slow and awkward but the pizza and pasta are still delish!

Horrible horrible horrible.... I placed order at 5pm... it's now 8pm... and no food! If I didn't already pay I would cancel!!! Corporate needs to look into this location! Horrible

Been on hold for 30 minutes for a delivery that they claim was delivered already. Thumbs down might as well close this shit down

2 hour waiting no body answer.i wont order no more i started papa johns this week is better service and the pizza is delicious.im gonna keep ordering from papa johns. Because this store is a disaster

Ordered dominoes and it took almost 2 hours to get here. When the delivery guy came here he was riding a bike in the storm. The pizza looked like it went through a world war pizza was cold. Was calling them after 1hour and 45minutes ��������went by since order was placed and no one was picking up. ��Why couldn't they send someone In a car in this weather? 1468 Westchester Avenue, Dominoe's get it together!!

I have been on the phone on hold for 1 hour for someone to pick up. I have been listening to the automated voice tell me how someone will be with me in just a moment. This is truly the worst service that I've ever encountered with Dominoes!!!! Why have a phone if you are not gonna pick up for a paying customer. I definitely will be making a formal complaint to someone in a chair with a suit because obviously the person answering the phone to take my order has better things to do.

Ordered food. Says it was deilvered. NEVER GOT IT! And they won't even answer the fucking phone.

I order a medium size pizza and pasta at 7:15pm and didn't get my order until 8:55 and my pizza was cold and hard and the driver didn't call my number I had to call the manager she really didn't want to hear how there service was and she had the nerve to tell me if I wanted another order I had to wait almost the same time I told her I was going to give her a bad review

I've read reviews about the poor customer service at this location. I've discovered the root of the problem, it's the management. they act like all thier customers are criminals. I was trying to create an order online when i reieved a notification that the app on my tablet was not working and I would have to call the location. The manager basically would not honor the online coupon, his attitude was that he had plenty of customers and didn't need my patronage. You can't expect the workers give a damn when the Boss doesn't care at all. This Gentleman, and I use the term loosely, hasn't realize that while there are people who can be considered trouble makers, it doesn't mean all minorities fall into this category. some of us own our homes, isn't that amazing. I truely believe these managers need some sensitivity training. Any hostility they feel from others is do to thier poor attitudes. what is truely amazing though is that eventhough they think we're all animals, they still keep taking our money....after all this my pizza arrived cold and I had to nuke for my family...I wonder why???

I Oder from here once a week my girlfriend is away for vacation and she orders with her card and pays so all I have to do is go downstairs and pick it up now I've got my pizza at least 12 or more times all of a sudden I have to show the debit card so since I don't have it the lady drives off with my food now how can that be my fault talking about its your policy but you guys never enforce it and the day you do after I got my order about 12 times you want to ask for it then be real rude over the phone like if it's my fault you guys are fucking unbelievable now I gotta wait 3 business days for my money to go back on the card WHAT THE FUCK!!!

This is the WORLD'S WORST DOMINOS PIZZA! I ordered a pizza to 7:37pm it is now 9:07pm and STILL NO PIZZA! The customer service is horrible, (the girl hung up on me when I called to complain) Thi s location needs new management or to just close down period!!
