Always a wait on the line due to the cashier taking an order then disappearing for 2min... Customer service could be better. Store always seems to be short staffed and the workers that are there work at a slow pace.

There are many bad Dunkin’ Donuts in the area. This is the absolute worst. No matter what time of day you come it is a horrible unfriendly disgusting experience. The employees are lazy and need micro managing or else they end up talking to their watch or looking at their phones while you’re standing
This is worst grilled cheese I ever had ...first I returned it because it was not toasted and it had no Bacon like I requested ...so they made a new sandwich which was burnt ......they dont need to serve food if it's like this ...staff nasty with attitude as well ...dont deserve 1 star
Drive-through it’s very slow slow slow to get a cup of coffee you wait on your car more than 15 minutes because the cars moving slow and the window not very fast service
The morning time is a night mare to go inside, they prioritize the people from the drive thru and inside they dont even have a cashier and the manager takes 1 order like every 10 min. This is crazy. I can not even complain to them because they all are family members and nothing will get fix.
They employees are all nice and they get my order. But it is burning hot in there, there is no AC. They employees can't work in these conditions and customers like me can't believe that a company like Dunkin doesn't care for the safety and comfort of those that work for them.
